The workouts are always targeted to help reach my goals as well as giving professional advice about working out at home. The gym itself is always well equipped and immaculate, could not recommend Movement highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Luke for over 2years, and I’ve never had a boring session!! He always mixes it up and pushes me just the right amount when I need it most to dig deep. And more recently has helped me really look into what I am eating so that I am able to reach my goals in a healthier way. Fantastic experience: Luke is the best trainer I have ever had, including when I played high level rugby. I have far surpassed previous strength goals and continue to look forward to future achievements. Luke is also great at rehab and knows how to fix me whenever I have inevitably injured myself doing something daft.
