Fantastic experience: I started doing PT sessions with Pedro in June. Since then he has helped me loose 2 stone and helped me gain more confidence with going to the gym. His energy levels in the morning are just what you need to get yourself motivated for the day. Pedro never fails to make me laugh every session even if I feel like crying through the burn! Very warming and welcoming, would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Pedro is a top lad and his sessions are always fun! He knows his biomechanical knowledge is very good. There are options for body maintenance therapies too. 11/10!

Fantastic experience: Pedro is absolutely brilliant as PT. He coaches one to progress and go beyond one's comfort zone in a positive and supportive way. His sports massage qualifications greatly helps targeting areas of work and also working with my post surgery injury. It is a pleasure to work with Pedro weekly and he has greatly contributed to my fitness level as well as my mental health and self esteem. Absolutely recommended.

Fantastic experience: I once trained with Pedro with another company and the results you get are second to none. Pedro is fun but at the same time pusehs you to your limit.
