Fantastic experience: fan experience , strong man competition sunday 25th.

Fantastic experience: Lab Gym is a great place to train. They have weights and weight machines down stairs as well as a few cardio machines. They offer 1 to 1 training as well. It is a local gym that does alot for the community like getting loads of Christmas presents for local kids who wouldn't normally get much for christmas. I went early and had the whole gym to my self. They have more equipment and do classes up stairs as well but haven't done them yet. Highly recommended so far. Priced competively and well worth checking out.

Fantastic experience: What a place this gym is, been going here for over a year, you might think oh its not centrally located, but when you see the utter size of the place you will understand they no where big enough to house what the lab has to offer, fully loaded gym with solid heavy equipment, pt training, bootcamp etc, the place also has on site physio by appointment, tattooist, also host a kickboxing club (phoenix kickboxing) as well as other independent PT's with 121 training and strongman coaching and meal preps via ste's sister, literally everything you need under 1 roof,

Fantastic experience: I’d gained some weight over Lockdown and was suffering from brain fog a lot at work. I knew I needed to do something about my health but like most of us I just kept putting it back. In the past I’d done short stints at other gyms and at home work outs but with me being self employed I always struggled with time and put my work first. Eventually I’d end up going back to little activity! In June Ste posted a personal training offer on Facebook and I decided to take him up on it. Within the first month I felt a huge difference in my mindset and my body shape. I really enjoyed the work outs and found myself raring to go on our gym days. Even going as far as doing exercises on our rest days! Ste has been really accommodating and has helped me massively over the past few months. Every session has been completely different and Ste has pushed me to constantly improve. Honestly cannot thank Ste enough! He has been extremely accommodating and has helped me actually enjoy exercise again! If you’re looking to lose them lockdown pounds I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LAB gym.

Fantastic experience: Fab gym and bootcamp, all the latest equipment. I have been coming to this gym for years now and I absolutely love it.. everyone is so friendly and I can't recommend ste enough! I always look forward to the bootcamp classes, never the same each week, always looking forward to the next one! Ste is always getting new equipment and putting on new classes! The new box spin with chantelle is fab.. can't recommend this gym enough!

Fantastic experience: Been in to see Paul for a deep tissue massage and I feel like a new man. Fantastic service showing indepth knowledge of the spine and muscles. Definitely a master of his trade could not recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the bootcamp classes here, every session is different but equally enjoyable and still making sure it's the best workout for all the body. I'm only on my 2nd month of doing it but already see a massive difference in my fitness. The atmosphere is amazing, everyone is so helpful and friendly and even though I know there is plenty of classes closer to home I will always come here because of all of the above !

Fantastic experience: I've never enjoyed exercise, but Ste's bootcamp is fantastic, I have changed shape after 8 weeks and will continue to sign up. He puts amazing sessions together and always mixes things up, making it so varied you really do work all of your body! I have totally surprised myself and feel proud after each session. I would never push myself like these group sessions....totally 100%recommend
