Fantastic experience: Its location is under the TRS building 1 & 2 floor gym, few parking available, very near to southall station, all members are allows to in with password

Fantastic experience: Not very satisfied with the workout areas there is no distancing or cleaning equipment to use. Otherwise everything else is OK.

Fantastic experience: Quite a good gym with friendly staff. Plenty of equipment inside, with a large free weights area. There is not a separate space for women. Avoid going at busy periods because it gets packed.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, great facilities and a great place to workout. Its nice and quiet in the mornings, afternoons and weekends. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: £22 a month and you get 4 guest passes and I'm also allowed to use different The Gym groups all over the country so works out great for me. Clean and has all equipment needed. No sauna or steam room but for that price you can't say anything. Loads of cleaning stations.

Fantastic experience: Splendid gym especially if you want a good laugh while working out, I see a few funny characters in this gym especially the african fella with his beanie hat that's always on his phone inbetween sets he'll be sitting there for a good 45 mins before he lifts anything, very entertaining jolly good indeed

Fantastic experience: Great gym, spread over 2 floors. I don't tend to socialise, get in, get workout done and go. Staff generally friendly. Parking is available in nearby parking place, but you will need to display permit which needs to be printed off. Evenibhs more busier, but still able to get to equipment needed. Great value for money.

Fantastic experience: This is a brilliant gym. It's large enough to hold all the equipment you need at a great price. It doesn't have a swimming pool or sauna, but if your goal is to start weight training then I would definitely recommend getting a membership. The staff are friendly & are willing to help & guid you. Lastly, there are some free classes that are up for grabs, which is a nice touch

Plus they have started Yoga classes with very minimal price

Fantastic experience: I'm a regular at this gym and I can say it's fantastic. The place is spacious with many equipments. The lockers are usually all occupied but you can find more lockers in the changing room.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for well over a year now. Overall, you get your money's worth and more! My main concern with joining a gym in Southall was the thought of troublesome members. Luckily everyone I have met and trained around have been great. The staff and management have been great. I do feel bad for the staff there, as members lack basic gym etiquette (putting equipment away, using a sweat towel, sharing equipment etc) but you can see the management are trying and it has improved since I joined. According to the instagram page, the gym will have 6 new plate-loaded equipment coming before the summer, add that in with three free PT sessions and free classes everyday and there is something for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I love the atmosphere at The Gym Southall, the exercicing areas are separated like in compartments which gives you a privacy feeling. PT working at that branch are very nice and friendly (almost all) specially Jo, he is very nice and professional and has an excellent customer service. My membership allows me to got to other The Gym branches like Ealing, Hounslow, Harrow, etc and the one that I least expected is the one I find the best. So much to do at this gym as it has all type of gym equipment and it's right next to the train station or bus stop.

Fantastic experience: Been training here for 3 months now and it's a good gym. Great to have plate-loaded bench press and back row machines, which is something you won't see at your average gym.

Fantastic experience: The most affordable gym, with walking distance from Southall station. There is no parking structure here. The gym itself is 24hrs but the reception desk works till 8pm. The entry is via pin number, separate for each gym member. There is no contract so you can cancel anytime. It has all weight lifting equipments and running machines. There is no steam or sauna but you can have shower after the workout.

Fantastic experience: I loved going there after 9 when it is very quiet and parking around the gym is risk free.. I've always found the gym decently equipped and clean..

Fantastic experience: So glad Southall has this gym. Been to all the others and for the price you can't go wrong. Just as big as Hounslow and so much bigger than Ealing! I don't know why so many people are complaining about the staff...I have had no issues. The assistant manager toured me and helped me sign up, very respectful and helpful. I have since spoken to a few PT's, some are more willing to help than others but i guess its because some are after clients. Equipment is great, but people do not tend to put their weights away especially at night...very frustrating! Evenings are busiest and i try my best to avoid. But the rest of the days and weekends i have had no issues. I don't know why people are expecting a premium gym level of service. Speak to the staff and make your own judgement but i have no complaints. I just go in to train!

You made a good decision to open 24/7 in Southall. people will love it, we are very thankful to you. great place with good facilities... desi sher, i did not mentioned anywhere that its all ready, but its all in the plan and under process . So you better read their plan rather than asking for pictures lol
