Fantastic experience: I have been training at embody fitness since last year and so far it's the BEST experience, before joining embody fitness i never liked work out so much going to gym was always bit of a drag. Embody Fitness has changed the way i look at fitness, training with very professional and friendly trainers who are always helping you to maximize your potential and achieve results. Highly Recommended training facility if you are looking to achieve goals and work with best trainers.

Fantastic experience: I visited Embody Fitness and was highly impressed. It's so refreshing to see such a positive and well educated team delivering results based training. The experience is vastly different from a big box gym and is totally bespoke to the individual based on your own specific nutritional and exercise needs. If you are serious about getting results then hands down check these guy's out.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Embody. It is a world class facility with expert and welcoming staff, and they have completely redefined how I think of personal training. Not only did I achieve results beyond my wildest expectations, but I also learned an unbelievable amount about movement, training, nutrition, and motivation in the process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Embody to anyone regardless of your goals or fitness levels. I initially joined for an eight week programme with the goal of improving strength, getting in better shape, and developing a successful training and nutrition strategy. I take part in a number of other activities (cycling, swimming, running, climbing, yoga), and have felt like I've been at a plateau for a long time. The custom programme was perfect and was set up to meet my goals as well as work around my limitations (busy schedule and injuries). The initial results were evident within a few weeks, and now I am undoubtedly the healthiest I've ever felt in my life - my body has completely transformed, I am stronger, I have more energy, and I've significantly improved in all my other activities. Many thanks to Chris for guiding all of my nutrition and Liz and Greg for getting me into the best shape of my life. The entire team has been absolutely top notch - warm, knowledgeable, energetic, attentive, and relentless despite all my attempts to slack off :) Greg is an outstanding trainer - his expertise in both fitness and nutrition is unparalleled, and the enthusiasm, encouragement, and attention to detail that he brings to every session have kept me motivated in and out of the gym. I cannot recommend him highly enough (and now that my eight weeks are completed, I'm back for more sessions!)

Fantastic experience: I have just completed an 8 week program with Embody. The program was supplemented with a nutrition plan and the food supplied by Fresh Fitness Food. The advice I received was of the highest standard. The instructional training was brilliant and the facilities are impressive. I would thoroughly recommend Embody as I can honestly say, for me, it was a life changing period of training. Well earned five stars.

Fantastic experience: Tyrone is an absolute one-off. A dedicated, motivated trainer who is highly experienced and highly knowledgeable. This means he creates and delivers bespoke programmes tailored to achieving the results you want to achieve in the safest possible environment. I have trained with Tyrone both face-to-face and online – there is no difference between the two in terms of Tyrone’s dedication to helping you achieve what you want to achieve.

Fantastic experience: I've worked with several personal trainers in the past and none have come anywhere close to the knowledge, attention, and professionalism of the Embody team. My primary trainer Danny has an incredible understanding of muscle mechanics and nutrition and uses both to create highly effective workouts and nutrition plans. One of the things I like best about Embody is their use of data (both detailed performance data from training sessions and lifestyle data provided by clients) to determine the best approach to achieving fitness goals and to measure progress. Workouts are also changed regularly which keeps the sessions fun and challenging. I've really enjoyed my time training at Embody and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience at Embody Fitness. Great equipment and all trainers have expert knowledge - programmes are designed to fit around you and cater for all levels of fitness whether you are a novice or experienced gym goer. You are constantly challenged and go into the sessions wanting to give your all. Emmanuel is a phenomenal trainer and gives plenty of encouragement to keep me going. Cannot fault this place - 5 stars

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Danny for almost a year having initially signed up for a 3 month programme and I can safely say that the temptation continue exercising is not something I have struggled with before!! Danny and his team combine tailored workouts with nutritional guidance to achieve the best results. They're a fun and universally friendly bunch who are dedicated and kind. Danny has singlehandedly helped me to regain strength and mobility in my shoulder following 8 dislocations. He is experienced, confident and knowledgeable and I have not looked back. Thank you Danny and team.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place. Would highly recommend. I trained with Harry Johnson for 4 weeks earlier this year. He was very knowledgeable and really pushed me to my limit each session. The advice on nutrition and training was spot on and I lost around 4% bodyfat in that time. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I have been training at Embody with Harry Johnson , my allocated PT, for about 6 months. I have reduced my body fat from 18.9% to 10.9% and lost about 8kg in weight . I have learnt about nutrition and followed a program that has helped me to record data daily so I can see what is working very quickly. I have had a great experience and continue to train and am now trying to increase muscle mass and go to the next level- would recommend to anyone looking for measurable results!

Fantastic experience: I signed up for 8 weeks to reduce body fat, particularly around the midriff. From beginning to end of my program I found the team at Embody Fitness to be knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and dedicated to working with their clients to achieve results. Through training sessions, diet, nutrition advice and motivation to push clients to get the best results I lost 6kgs and improved my physique. The transformation program was designed for me, with all my historic injuries and dietary constraints incorporated. The knowledge gained from the team has become part of a sustainable and ongoing lifestyle change. I Highly recommend Embody Fitness if your serious about improving your fitness, health, nutrition and achieving your personal training goals.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place and people - 5 stars is not enough for this! Coming here was by far the best decision I had made in a very long time!! I had the pleasure to meet wonderful people like Leah, Dean and Danny. Leah is an absolute star and such an inspiration!! She trained me for one month and the sessions I had with her were extremely enjoyable. She ignited this spark within me and pushed me to train my body to lengths I had never realised I was capable of. The days without training with her, I’d surprisingly find myself looking forward to going back to Embody again. I feel so much happier and stronger right now thanks to Leah and her continuous encouragement. She helped me gain so much confidence in myself and although I still need her guidance I feel like I can achieve anything! Even though I spent only a very short time here, I honestly loved every second of it! I genuinely can’t find the proper words to express my gratitude towards Leah and everyone else there who supported me.

Fantastic experience: I have been training at Embody Fitness with Dean since December and it was the best decision I made to sign up for the 12 week transformation programme. Before joining, I felt sluggish, tired and didn’t recognize the person staring back at me in the mirror, enough was enough and combined with an extended lockdown, I was the biggest I had been in a long time. I am so happy I have Dean as my Personal Trainer. His sessions are highly motivating and get results! I can honestly say that I can see an improvement in my fitness levels and my body shape is changing for the better. I am a better version of myself and that was my goal when I signed up. I highly recommend Embody Fitness. Don’t hesitate for one minute, it will be the best decision you ever made....an investment in yourself.

Fantastic experience: Lockdown unfortunately interrupted my programme, but Dean has been an absolute star at getting me back on track. He has been attentive to my techniques and pushing me every time, making sure I up my weights and shred some extra calories. While being a great coach, what really sets Dean apart is that he cares about his clients and that he’s always good-humoured, which make the sessions fun as well as very effective. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Was on the 8-week programme with Dean who was an exceptional trainer! He is very experienced and clearly knows his stuff, and was super supportive during sessions. Fantastic experience: Bridie has been an incrediable trainer and motivator. She has understood what I am able to do and push me further and further. She always has a smile on her face and my sessions, whilst sweat inducing and challenging, are always enjoyable and full of laughs. Her understanding of the human body is amazing so when I am not sure of a move she has a brilliant way of explaining it so that I don't injure myself and I am doing the moves to the best of my ability. She also has great ideas around food which has been a challenge for me - healthy and protein based. The team at Embody are wonderful, inviting and make you feel at home. I have never felt like people are judging my the size or shape of my body and have always been so motivating. The atmosphere in the gym is always great and the music always good :)

Fantastic experience: From the very beginning of my 8 week programme, I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone I met, including Danny, Tom, who I had my initial consultation with, Craig, who created a bespoke nutrition plan for me, and Dean, who performed a movement screening to identify any areas of weakness. I was immediately convinced that I was dealing with professionals of the highest caliber. I had the pleasure to train with Michael and Dean and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Thanks to their guidance I was able to achieve amazing results within a short time frame. But more importantly, they left me with a wealth of knowledge that has dramatically improved my understanding of weightlifting and nutrition. Everyone at Embody Fitness is happy to share their knowledge, making every training session a learning experience, while physically being pushed to the limit. It’s clear that both Michael and Dean love what they are doing. They approached every single session with enthusiasm and truly cared about my progress. Their perfectionism around the execution of each exercise was impressive and made me realise quickly how much of a dramatic impact that would have on my progress. Both of them are also very personable, which significantly contributed to the enjoyment of each session. I can only highly recommend Embody Fitness to everyone who is considering taking their fitness to the next level. It’s truly a life changing experience.

Fantastic experience: I loved every session at Embody and I couldn't recommend it more. Dean was an absolute star of a trainer, he helped me achieve my goals while always being super accommodating to my crazy schedule, being incredibly supportive and making every session tons of fun (while making me proper sweat!). He catered every workout to my needs, with incredible knowledge and experience, always pushing me a step further. I am so thankful I decided to embark on my 12 weeks journey and that I got the best guidance throughout the whole time. Not only I saw drastic changes in my body, but saw myself becoming more confident, much much stronger and overall happier. 10/10

Fantastic experience: The whole set-up at Embody is brilliant, from the trainers to the facilities. Bridie trains me and I honestly can't rate her highly enough. She is extremely knowledgeable and (somehow!) manages to make every session enjoyable. As opposed to many other PTs, I feel as though Bridie (and all the team at Embody) are fully invested in their clients, genuinely care and want to see clients achieve their goals. I initially went to Embody for an 8 week period and was amazed by the results. I will be returning soon and can't wait to make more progress!

Fantastic experience: I have been interested in strength, conditioning, longevity and general well-being for almost 30 years (having started training seriously at the start of my teens). With my current work schedule, it is also critical for me to optimise the return on my exercise windows: I need the maximum outcome from my weekly three one-hour slots. Embody (a PT-only facility) offers an experience that meets this requirement and at a competitive price-point. It is, in my view, without doubt the case that the premium paid for the Embody experience is far out-weighed by the efficiency gains of having an Embody professional guide your training. At a regular gym, training by yourself, you may never hit the ‘zone’ of ‘best return’ (and this circumstance may persist for years); at Embody, assisted by their team of experts, you should expect to hit this zone at every session. I had initially signed up for a trial block of 12 classes; that was in August 2017: over two years on, and, other than for occasional holidays and business travel, I have not missed an early morning ‘lift’ with rising global personal training star Danny Ly: an athlete who understands deeply the gym, health and longevity business. At Embody, the customised sessions are thoughtful and underpinned by structured learning and focused goal-oriented programming and caters to a wide range of athlete, strength, conditioning, general-health, repair and well-being goals. I continue to enjoy the journey through a range of different cycles (lasting 5-6 weeks per cycle) from ‘heavy’ low-rep lifts (with progressive loading) to extended-density and German-volume-type work-outs. I have also enjoyed the sessions that combine 3-parts: a heavy lift, a 15-mins ’challenge’ circuit (heart rate in 85%-95%+ zone), and a final super-set of ancillary work. The challenge circuits are daunting when contemplated in advance, but satisfying upon completion, developing mental strength and strategy as well as absolute cardio and muscular capacity. I feel stronger and healthier now than ten or fifteen years ago. Also, our first child has turned up in the period I have been training with Embody (for certain, the experience has benefitted my health in a number of ways). Embody also attends to the critical component of nutritional guidance, whether your goal is to achieve the right balance of emotional sustenance, feeling strong and looking good (from generally shedding excess body-weight to getting down to say 11-12% body fat), or ‘getting ripped’ (sub-10%, for men) or ‘really shredded’ (much lower). The staff has a disciplined approach to nutrition guidance rooted in theory and practice. Embody is likely one of the best facilities in London. It is a no-fuss, down-to-earth venue, where pro-athletes, City-types and others serious about going to the gym convene for that health, strength and aesthetic edge. If you are serious about crafting some great health outcomes, Embody should be on your short-list.

Fantastic experience: I got the chance to train at Embody with Elliot and he was absolutely amazing. I have always been into fitness and sport and working with him made training really enjoyable. Elliot has so much patience and knowledge which allowed me to feel comfortable and confident in the gym. With all my gym sessions in the past I would dread having to work out but I really looked forward to training with him! Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Embody Fitness went well beyond my expectations. I did an 8 week program with the main objectives to get stronger and leaner. Not only the results I got were terrific but the advice and guidance I received throughout the program allowed me to learn a great deal on technique, nutrition and how my own body works. My trainer Alex has been absolutely amazing to work with. His level of knowledge, focus, commitment and attention to details are second to none. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend embody fitness.

Fantastic experience: I did a 12-week total body transformation and liked it so much that two years later, I am still training with Embody. The facilities are great - they’ve got everything you need for a full-body workout that never gets boring. The nutrition plans are really helpful and during my transformation I never felt hungry. They’ve got a great physio too so any aches and pains are quickly sorted out. Without question, the best part of my experience at Embody is my trainer, Joshua Lyons. He’s extremely motivational and pushes me to do things I never thought I would be capable of doing. I’m lifting heavier weights than I was two decades ago! He’s very supportive and knows just what to say when I’ve perhaps not stuck to my nutrition plan as much as strictly as I should... Joshua is able to make me laugh and enjoy the gym at 6.30 on a Monday morning which, trust me, isn’t easy. If I could give him (and Embody) more than five stars, I definitely would.

Fantastic experience: The experience and results at Embody have been life-changing for me, way superior to anything I’ve undertaken before. I took the 12-week course and tried to stick to 3 sessions a week. My twin goals were weight loss and a sharp fitness boost- both were achieved! I lost 37lbs (nearly 17kgs, dropping from 94 to 77kgs) in around 14 weeks. And more importantly it has stayed off and more- helped by continuing with a less frequent 5 sessions per month. And that all includes the run up to and actual Christmas. I could take all the credit for self-discipline etc. But that would be wrong as I hadn’t come near to achieving this before. Alex Chaple was/ is my trainer and he has been absolutely first class- really hard training sessions but clearly adapting to what was best for me, as well as excellent nutritional monitoring and advice. He really knows his stuff, and more importantly cares very much about the individual and the results. Really excellent. All of my contact with Chris has been great and again he is so knowledgeable, and I’ve paid for extra sessions with Sophie for physio on a couple of minor injuries and areas of inflexibility. Relative to a gym membership Embody is obviously not cheap, but the results are incomparable. I would recommend them to anyone. In the scheme of what it can do for your whole life, it’s amazingly good value!

Fantastic experience: I can’t praise Michele enough. He does the simple things with me and I get results. Motivation is high and my 2-3 times a week walk to the gym has become a joyful routine. Having Danny as my nutritionist / additional motivator helps a lot, too. You have to put in the effort, though ! Looking forward to our next sessions after the summer break, Michele. Fantastic experience: I bought an 8-week transformation to regain strength after a foot injury and have had such good results that I have continued with an ongoing program. Not only am I stronger and performing better in my running and cycling, but I am leaner and happier with my body than I have been in over a decade. My trainer Alex is motivating, supportive, and positive, and he truly tailors the program based on my goals and feedback. The whole Embody team that has supported me on this journey have been knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic experience: The 12 week Transformation program at Embody Fitness has surpassed my expectations in the best way possible. I look, and more importantly feel so much better and stronger than I ever have. All the staff are lovely and whereas previously entering a gym was anxiety-inducing, now I look forward to every session. My trainer Harry is super encouraging and pushes me every session to achieve the best results. Even when a work out is tough he makes it a joy - never thought I would laugh as much as I do when exercising. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: From top to bottom this is a world-class business. From the moment you enter the door with Rose greeting you to leaving with your greatly appreciated protein shake, there is a total sense of community and support. This program is certainly not for the faint of heart, however if you commit to the diet and the workouts the results are genuinely incredibly. I went with the 12 week body transformation and ended up dropping from 25% body fat down to 13.7%. Outside of the gym, everything has improved from my squash game to daily energy levels. Embody will give you the support and tools every step of the way so if you are a motivated individual the results are guaranteed. I want to personally thank Dannish and Michele who were brilliant trainers. Further Greg who handled my nutrition (and everything else) was fantastic in keeping me motivated and sharing in my success. I can't recommend Embody enough - you all changed my life.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the hardest training I've ever done, but the only one to produce fantastic results. There is a very positive atmosphere in the gym and when talking to other clients they are all getting great results. My trainer, Nathan, is just amazing, he has a very strict and scientific approach on how my body needs to train in order to change my shape.

Fantastic experience: I have been training for years and I am vegan so considered myself pretty fit and healthy but was just never able to achieve the physical goals I had in my head. From the moment you walk in to Embody you feel confident that you are in good hands. When I did the 12 week programme last year I had amazing results and so I decided to keep going as more of a lifestyle choice. I am learning so much and honestly feel like a different person both physically from a shape and strength perspective but also mentally from the way I think about food and sleep and the connection between training and the other aspects of life. My trainer Kristina is simply incredible and is so patient and explains the 'why' behind everything. I look forward to training with her every time as she wont let me get away with anything and pushes me beyond what I thought possible, but is also completely supportive and understanding. Its a great environment to get fit and feel great! Plus they introduced me to vegan protein powder....actually now I cant remember what I did before Embody!

Fantastic experience: Embody is a fabulous personal training gym with great staff and excellent trainers. As one of those people who wasn’t born with the “gym gene” I’ve needed all the motivation and encouragement I could possibly get to keep exercising. My trainer - the lovely Elisabetta - is miraculously able to really push me to my limits whilst also keeping me laughing and smiling the whole way through. I’ve achieved a lot I wouldn’t have thought possible. I’m now able to dead lift the equivalent of my own body weight, changed my fat to muscle ratio from 47% to 25%, and reversed my insulin resistance. These results are, without exaggeration, life-changing.

Fantastic experience: Undertaking the 8 Week Rapid Fat Loss programme has given me fantastic results in a short period of time. Not only was I able to lose a significant amount of bodyfat, but I also gained a significant amount of muscle mass dropping my bodyfat from at least 10% down to 6%. Whilst I have trained for 14 years on my own, this is the first time I have used a PT and let me tell you, they will put you through your paces! After every session I had well and truly used up all of my energy. The sessions were tough because I wanted the PTs to push me to my limits. I have never trained as hard as with Embody Fitness and the amazing physique transformation is exactly what I wanted. The guys are also very knowledgable about nutrition and are truly experts. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend! Thanks Embody!

Fantastic experience: I tell anyone who will listen about Embody and my 12-week body transformation… I LOVE it. What makes Embody great is the holistic approach to setting out and achieving your goals; nutrition, sports therapy, bespoke training and general support. You have a whole team behind you, supporting you, and genuinely invested in your success, it’s so good for the self-confidence let me tell you! Diet: My nutritionist Chris tells me what, why and when to eat, he will even trawl grocery websites with me to find out if my favourite products are ‘allowed’. He understands that I have some seriously ingrained lifestyle habits and if giving me 5 minutes extra to check it’s ok to eat the obscure pasta alternative I have found this week will help, then that’s what he will do. The plan is amended to suit me but follows general principles that are explained as simply as needed, so it is achievable, and whilst it takes dedication, it gets results. Sports Therapy: Because I was overweight and unhealthy I had posture, joint and back issues that were assessed and factored into the initial training plan, now every few weeks Sophie gives the most satisfyingly painful and basically magic sports massages I have ever had and checks my progress. Problems I have had for years are either gone or so much better. You can alter your programme to add more sessions if needed and this is what has allowed me to do the training sessions with confidence, knowing I won’t injure myself further and that I am just getting stronger and stronger. PT: Elisabetta is THE best trainer I could have been paired with. She is very tough and dedicated to getting the best results, but she is also very good at reading me, I don’t have to say I can’t do something, she alters the session around my mood, or my ability that day. That is not to say if you don’t fancy doing squats one day she will let you off, she just has an intuition and empathy that allows me to get the most out of every session even if it’s not my best day. I never feel like canceling a session and I never come away feeling I haven’t pushed as hard as I can. Most importantly I never feel patronised or self-conscious. I feel like we are a team working towards the same goal and that is really important to me. In my first 12 weeks I have lost about 2 stone (check-in next week so TBC) and I look like a different person, so for me this is just the beginning of my training at Embody. Facilities: The ladies changing rooms have amazing showers, massive lockers, hair dryer and straighteners, soft towels and even makeup remover, deodorant, and nice shampoo & conditioner … basically, you can just turn up, they have it covered, even down to the post-workout shake. The gym is never too busy, and I have never been in the changing rooms with more than 2 people at once. It’s amazing. Overall, best investment I ever made.

Fantastic experience: I just joined Embody and within the first 4 weeks have noticed some real changes in my nutrition and work out results. I would highly recommend Embody, they operate a highly professional environment with a very personable and approachable coaching style. I used to dread the idea of working out on my own but since joining have really started to enjoy it and I am lucky to have a very good and skilled trainer, James to navigate me through the whole process.

Fantastic experience: In a word, transformational. Embody really do know what they doing, this is not just personal training, it's so much more. I highly recommend you visit and find out first hand what they are about. My personal trainer Greg Miller Burns was hugely motivational and really pushed me to do more with his positive attitude. The whole setup at Embody is there to support you and the whole team are very welcoming and supportive from the front desk to the nutritionist and the sports physio team.

Fantastic experience: Having had various PT sessions over the years, Embody Fitness outperforms them all. They adopt a holistic, tailor made approach which is fantastic for achieving personal goals. They took into account my previous experience in the gym/ gym routine and showed me a different and better way to get to my end goal. The staff are great, as are the facilities and I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank everyone at Embody for the part they played in my transformation, especially Marcel, Tom and Jess. Embody is an amazing gym with a special and friendly feel to it. Starting as a complete novice, I never once felt embarrassed or weak as I have done many times are other gyms or classes. The scientific approach and on going support make it a truly enjoyable experience. I would recommend this gym to anyone! It's completely life changing!!

Fantastic experience: I spent 11 weeks at Embody and had an amazing experience. The program was tailored for my needs. The staff is very professional and friendly. They clearly care about their clients. James and Dannish were my Personal Trainers were excellent knowing which areas of my body need work and how to help me get the extra mile. Greg was my nutritionist and tailored the diet for my body type. I for sure recommend Embody for anyone looking for a positive transformation in their lives.

Fantastic experience: Last year I did the 8 week fitness program and enjoyed it (the results!) so much (see below) that I came back again this year for the 4 week reboot. I would give it 5+ stars if I could. My PT is Alex Rennie and he is top tier. He's friendly, knowledgeable, a great motivator and clearly takes pride in making sure you reach your goals. I would recommend him with out hesitation. Next steps? After doing the program for a 2nd time I'm going to sign up to a monthly session with Alex and a retest with Greg to keep things on track. Most likely I'll go back in September next year again for my yearly MOT. ------- 5 Stars! Without a doubt worth it. If you are looking for a friendly, supportive and welcoming atmosphere where you can work hard with an excellent PT, nutritionist and physio then this is the place to go. Embody offers the full package and I very much enjoy training there. The gym has lots of top quality equipment . The Embody team keeps the numbers down at any given time so that you can move freely from exercise to exercise (I always hated waiting to jump in between sets at other gyms). Give them a call and set up a intro session where they will show you the gym, talk about the program and get you on your way to your goals. It is that good.

Fantastic experience: I joined Embody Fitness last year after looking for the best personal trainer in London. My experience with them has been amazing and I couldn't be happier with the results we achieved after completing the 12 week transformation programme. The reception staff are helpful and friendly; I've never been made to feel so welcome. Also, Joshua, who was my trainer, was incredibly professional and was so supportive and encouraging throughout the entire process. He really pushed me outside my comfort zone and helped me to achieve more than I ever thought was possible. I'm now so much happier both physically and mentally. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Incredible results! Embody really know what they're doing and it's such a friendly team. Whether you're a gym novice or consider yourself pretty healthy but just can't quite get the dream body, they'll make sure you come away with a real understanding of nutrition and exercise that gets you where you want to be. Sean was fantastic and made the exercises challenging but fun - I never dreaded a session! His workouts, combined with the nutritional knowledge Greg taught me, and their encouragement and support made it a great experience. Well worth the money; you won't look back.
