Fantastic experience: Arj is a great personal coach, he has helped me from injury to marathon in 8 months. I didn't need a full package access to a coach who texts daily and are involved a lot but just a coach who uploads my personalised training week by week and sometimes responds to my weekly reflection if needed. Arj is the only one i found that provides that "in between" service. This has helped transform my running to understand injuries more and to embed Strength and Conditioning to my routine. Kudos Arj!

Fantastic experience: Review from Stephen Roberts Age 44, Solihull 3 Month Coaching Programme Start: 03Jan2022 – Finish: 03Apr2022 Target Goal: Manchester 2022 Marathon Like many “self-coached” amateur runners I have always wondered about entering a full marathon but concern about preparation and finishing to the best of my ability has always stopped me from achieving this goal. The 12-week coaching programme provided by Arj and his team has provided me the expert guidance and support, all personalised and tailored towards my needs and goals. From the weekly running plan, nutrition advice and online consultations I can honestly say I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Arj and look forward to my first marathon this coming Sunday in Manchester. I have learnt so many things about my own abilities during this programme, surprised myself and possibly Arj too on a number of occasions! The improvement and progression I have seen would simply not have been possible without this coaching programme, it is exceptional value for any runner looking for one to one training. Fantastic experience: My six year old daughter absolutely loves her training sessions with Arj and the other trainers at Performance Physique. Her athletic abilities have improved at an unbelievable rate in less than 12 months. She is now able to run around the entire large sports track with ease, and is able to competently take part in an array of other athletic activities. Her fitness levels have vastly improved as has her stamina and focus. The trainers are extremely capable, and excellent at motivating the children! They make the training really fun for the kids, and often they think they are playing a game, when in fact they are actually learning important ways to coordinate their bodies and legs. I cannot recommend Performance Physique enough. My daughter and I are so pleased we found out about it! Thank you Arj and the team.

Fantastic experience: Arj is a great coach to my son. He is knowledgeable, fair and highly motivating. Although my son is coached in a group setting, Arj ensures that he receives individual encouragement, support and feedback.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Performance Physique's Zoom fitness class for the last two years and really look forward to it each week. Fantastic experience: I can't believe the difference that I made in just 2 months thanks to my bespoke programme from Performance Physique. Having a structured programme has made all the difference, Arj tailors plans to suit you and your lifestyle, to meet the day to day demands of life, shift work, family etc making training not only achievable but enjoyable. In a relatively short space of time I started to feel leaner, stronger and more efficient when running. Having previously suffered multiple injuries through running I had a mental and physical block of what I could achieve, but I quickly started to gain confidence. My times began to improve and I learnt to accept that not every run has to be your best run for it to have been a good session, it's all about the bigger picture and goal. Arj is supportive and encouraging with regular contact and adapts plans to suit you. I'm excited to continue the plan and see just how far I can get with his help. I can't recommend Performance Physique enough to kick start your goals no matter how big or small.

Fantastic experience: I go to the Friday night tack club whenever I can, and I have to say that Arj is a great coach! I really didn’t like running and about a year ago, but with the track club I started enjoying it. The Friday night track club is for all sorts of abilities I would say, as I’m not the greatest, and I never feel like I’m behind or not able, we always get great positive encouragement and all the running routines that we do are adaptable to whatever your abilities are. We also learn about running techniques, which I found really helpful for when I run by myself. Also one last thing that has really helped me! Arj has a channel on instagram and he does 4 minute workouts and the “parkrun” one shows how to prepare for a run, and I found it really helpful not to have aches and pains that would otherwise have/used to have.

Fantastic experience: I have known Arj for many years and used to love going to Friday Night track club when I lived in the Solihull area, the great community atmosphere he developed and the improvement in my technique really started my enjoyment of running. After moving away from Solihull, I joined his 10km online training plan. Although not face to face, this plan still had the community atmosphere which had been missing from my training and was great to have some structure back to my runs. I also took part in the 4 weeks 4 kilos, with great success losing 5kg. Arj´s enthusiasm and knowledge, as well as the fact the group was in it together and accountable to each other, really helped keep me on track. The techniques and knowledge I learnt during this time has stayed with me and something I have been able to adapted into day to day life. If you are looking at improving your running technique, general fitness or losing a few pounds I would recommend Arj. He has a true passion for Fitness & Nutrition, is very approachable, tailoring the plans to meet your needs and knows how to encourage and motive you to meet your goals. Whenever I’m back in the Solihull area, I look forward to attending his bootcamp of track sessions.

Fantastic experience: ​ I am very pleased to write a testimonial for Arj. I got to know him early 2019 when I signed up for a triathlon and was looking for a personal trainer. At that time I was not doing any regular exercise and hardly run outdoors. I could hardly swim half a length of a pool. Arj gradually introduced training in preparation to my sprint triathlon. He encouraged and helped me to overcome my inhibition about running outdoors. With all the training and advice I managed to do two sprint triathlons in Sept/Oct 2019. Arj has a wealth of knowledge about physical training, especially running. His passion is apparent during our conversations during training. I have learnt a lot from him about training, nutrition and recovery from injuries. He is very friendly and empathetic towards any issues you may have. I strained my back while abroad on 2 incidents and I was still able to get advice from Arj on whatsapp. When I was back in UK, Arj introduced me to specific stretching and lacrosse ball for trigger point massage/rehab. This helped me to get back to my regular training within no time. Arj adapts to the clients goals and needs. He would see me at a gym or running tracts based on my choice or simply train at home for an early start at 6:30am. He also did online training when the COVID19 forced us into social distancing. I very highly recommend Arj as a personal training coach. His approach and training methods are highly commendable. All the best Arj for all your future endeavours.

Fantastic experience: I first started working with Performance Physique through Friday Night Track Club a few years ago, which was a great way to meet people having fun and start thinking more about running technique. Then, last summer, as I felt my performance plateau, I thought I would try to get more out by signing up to the premium coaching service with weekly one to one sessions on top of the Friday Track Club. The program started with Arj getting to know me more personally, my goals and what I thought was holding me back. The program involved baseline and regular progress measures and a steady measurable progression in intensity and volume through a structured weekly plan. The results: - Faster times (5k, 10k and Cross Country so far) - Fewer injuries - Fewer pounds - More strength More importantly I have coach who is a friend and really cares about my progress in and around running.

Fantastic experience: Fitness sessions ran by Arj are brilliant. Arj demonstrates what he wants you to do and is great at responding to individual needs. Classes are fun, energetic, light hearted, challenging and adaptive. Every week was different. I loved being apart of an amazing group where I pushed myself and my fitness improved. Arj has a real understanding of how to get the rest out of everyone and how everyone can meet personal goals. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Arj and his team are really inspirational. They have real enthusiasm for what they do and this rubs off onto the children. Even on the wettest and coldest of days my daughter cannot wait to get to her athletics class and she really enjoys the relaxed and friendly environment there. She feels really encouraged to push herself and achieve.
