Fantastic experience: This is an excellent ,friendly gym with a lot of care and trouble taken at induction to make sure you are working at the right level, and someone always available if needed for questions.

Fantastic experience: I 've been going to the ladies gym for several years and find this suits me very well--friendly atmosphere and no need to wear lycra! 30 minute workouts with regular reviews including measuring weight, BMI, and viseral fat. All-in- all a well thought out gym for ladies of any age.

Fantastic experience: I love being a member here, the staff are all so friendly and its such a welcoming place to go. The monthly reviews are great for keeping me on track and having a new programme each month means I can see my progress and it keeps my fitness routine interesting. I've been a member of gyms in the past and never stuck to it, but I'm never leaving this one! Memberships are great value and it's lovely having the beauty studio too.

Fantastic experience: I walked past Fitness in Time for years but eventually had the courage to venture in. It is the best move I made. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and non judgemental; we all progress at our own pace aided by the lovely team of personal trainers. No competition with anyone else and an excellent hour long class included in the membership which is great fun, especially in my attempts to try and remedy 2 left feet!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the gym here for 10 years and it just gets better and better! The staff are always very helpful and encouraging and there is a great feeling of friendliness and welcome each time I come. The fact that it is a ladies only gym was what first influenced me to join and I like the 30 minute circuits. I would certainly recommend the gym to all ladies.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and really helpful staff. It's nice to be able to fit my workouts into 30-minutes. My reviews with Debbie really help me to stay motivated and Pam's Personal Training sessions are fantastic! I was a bit scared about joining the gym at first, but the staff are really friendly and make it really easy. They listen to what your goals are and then write you a programme. And the memberships are a lot cheaper then other gyms in Winchester. And best of all, there are no sweaty men grunting away!
