Fantastic experience: Rian is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He explains what you are doing and why you are doing it very well. Rian is flexible regarding timings and types of session. He has infinite patience, a good sense of humour and knows innately when to push you on and when to back off. In Rian's sessions we work on the whole body, increasing strength, fitness and health.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Rian now for just over 2 years. He is incredibly knowledgeable, both in terms of physical exercise and well-being in general and as a result I always feel I'm in safe hands. He adapts his training style to suit each of his clients (my wife sees him as well), so I never feel pressured to do more than I'm comfortable with (although I generally ache the next day!) Rian is highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Rian is very knowledgeable and friendly. Every session is different and enjoyable (the hour goes by very quick). I have been going to Rian for just under a year and now 18 weeks pregnant he has tailored my workouts to suit during pregnancy and ensuring I exercise safely whilst pregnant. The home routines he gives are great to keep you motivated in between sessions and the nutrition plan is also very helpful. I would highly recommend Rian to anyone wanting that extra push to get you motivated with your workouts. You can either go to the private PT studio or he will happily come to your home if travelling isn't suitable. Best decision I made getting a PT.
