Our members enjoy access to world-class Technogym cardio equipment, a large free weights area with an Olympic lifting rack, group fitness classes (live and virtual!), dedicated functional training area with TRX and more! All this on month to month memberships, with no contracts... and access to over 2,000 locations worldwide.
Our goal is to change lives through encouraging and motivating our members to success. We will be here to support each of our members to ensure they achieve their health and fitness goals.
In addition to our state-of-the-art facility, our Club Managers and Personal Trainers are here to assist you. If you’re new to gyms or it’s been a while since you’ve worked out, we can help you get started. If you’re an experienced trainer, we can provide you with the variety you need to keep your workouts fresh. We are passionate about making Snap Fitness Bagshot a happy, healthy and energetic place for all members young & old, at all levels of experience.
From a young age I was aware of the pressure from society today on how a women or a man should look, I was watching all these fad diets and quick fixes and realised what a danger it is for your health mind and body. I wanted to explore the best ways to find balance and truly become comfortable in my own body, so I joined the gym, and met likeminded people who were all on a journey. I became influenced by the women in the gym lifting weights and decided from that day I wanted to challenge myself mentally and physically..... the rest is history Experience and Philosophy I have had the opportunity to complete in a couple of bikini competitions, a long my journey of competing I learnt many new techniques for training and nutrition, along with the technical side of things I place a lot of emphasis on building a great relationship with my clients and working on psychology and mental well being my training philosophy is for every session to be fun and unique and to provide you will all the knowledge I can so you will be able to continue your own journey. Fantastic experience: I have joined numerous gyms in my lifetime and i can honestly say that Snap Fitness at Bagshot is the best i have experienced so far! From the very second i walked in to collect my pass i felt important and welcomed. I had my induction with Nat who was patient and clear in his instruction. My first class was with Becca and she was brilliant. Taking into account just how unfit i am both were respective of this but also pushed me a little further than i would have done myself. The atmosphere is great and there are clear guidelines to comply with COVID.

Fantastic experience: So So happy with my new gym. The staff are amazing, Before i even had my first session they had already booked me in for a induction and pt session as well as a consultation to find out my goals. This is the first gym that i feel actually cares about my fitness journey and now i feel confident enough to go in to the gym with a understanding what to do. I'm not always motivated coming into the gym but Snap bring me the motivation and the discipline to keep going BEST GYM IN TOWN.........OR SHALL I SAY BEST GYM EVER

Positive experience: Quick comment to say that the instructor Rebecca who does some of the classes is fab. She encourages and motivates, without pushing you too far and suggests alternate exercises to take into account injuries etc. Each class has lots of different exercises so you never know what's coming next. Positive experience: Love this gym, I am quite large but feel at ease working out here. Brilliant facilities & love the virtual workouts. Only minus is I've been attending the sessions but they have me as a no-show on the virtual scheduled classes so now I am blocked for 7 days. Argh! I am sure it will be easily fixed.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. Very friendly / welcoming staff. Love the classes, especially the MyZone class on Fridays! Always really clean and they have the best showers! Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Went for a free session to check gym out and really liked it so joined. So far had two sessions there. Really helpful staff, informative, knowledgeable and helped me with the app being the technophobe that I am and explained everything I needed to know and helped me again, on the app to book my induction. Friendly and always ready to help. Very nice gym, clean and welcoming. Has a really good vibe. Would recommend.
