Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality A great gym that is open 24 hours a day. So I can get a workout in at 430am or 500am as my schedule permits.

Fantastic experience: A great place to get fit. The staff are all helpful and friendly, the individual trainers listen and understand if you have restrictions and make working out a wonderful experience. Highly recommend people to try this gym, I haven't smiled this much in ages and felt fitter at the same time.

The premises are kept clean at all times and the environment is one where you feel you want to train and be healthy. Fantastic experience: Moved to Dorking last year, joined and love the place. Great value for money, great flexibility as open 24/7, really friendly, and the staff are all fantastic. Free classes, and use of all AT gyms across the UK and beyond is a bonus.

Fantastic experience: It's friendly, fun, welcoming and challenging for fitness enhancement. There are motivational professional trainers offering a good variety of classes as well as personal training options specifically targeting your requirements. Excellent value too!

Positive experience: Gym has great equipment. Acessability-wise, it's difficult to park and if you're a wheelchair user, you can only access half of the gym as the rest is upstairs. Staff seem friendly and they have an accessible shower.
