Starting a new workout routine can be overwhelming. Don't worry, we'll make it simple and fun for you.Our trainers are driven and knowledgeable, helping you know what to do, keeping you on track. They celebrate with you every time you reach the next level!We believe in supporting people who are ready to take action and give them everything they need to crush their goals. Be patient. Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they absolutely will come. The exciting thing is that as a beginner, results come fairly quickly. Even in 30 days, you can really see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
Yes. We like to organize our classes in small groups. Small group settings allow you to make new friends that might share the same interest(s) as you!
2-4 classes a week is realistic for beginners, depending on your level of fitness when you start. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so at the beginning, you might need more recovery time between training days. Over the first few months, start working your way up to training 5 days a week.
No. our fitness program is what will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you.. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. CrossFit is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
Do enjoy special indulgences and meals. It’s a lifestyle, but it has to be manageable and realistic for the long-term. Luckily, the healthier you eat, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, great community and fun workouts
Fantastic experience: Joined in late February this year and have loved every minute. Work outs are great,facilities are brilliant and coaches are amazing. There is a great community spirit at the club with everyone supporting each other. Dont be put off if you dont think youre strong or tough enough, they cater for all abilities and ages, you will be surprised how much youll improve. Cant recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication Great CrossFit gym in a welcoming environment. I recently joined and I’m a novice, I was able to join all activities and coaches are very helpful. The ratios are also good and enable space to learn the skills, explaining scaling options and lots of encouragement! Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: I just started at CrossFit Chiltern recently having looked around for a new place to exercise. I was a little intimidated to start but having completed the foundation course, I was able to join in the classes. The coaches and other members have all been incredibly welcoming and encouraging and in each class you can scale the excercise to suit your ability. I enjoy the variety in each class and already feel stronger and fitter. It is a very motivational and friendly atmosphere. Would highly recommend it!
Fantastic experience: Real results and a fantastic community. Coaches are knowledgable and not in the slightest intimidating. The WOD varies everyday with a differing focus on strength, gymnastics skills and cardio. Workouts are adapted for each person based on ability, mobility, capability, age and fitness level. For anyone interested in fitness, health and well being and genuinely what to change, there’s nowhere better than CrossFit Chiltern.

Fantastic experience: I joined CF Chiltern about 6 weeks ago and I’m loving it! I knew nobody here and I’m a total newbie, no sports background. I was terrified to begin with but from the very first conversation with Jeremy and through all the induction classes I realised there’s nothing scary about it. Everything is scalable, everyone is so friendly and helpful and everyone has a sense of humour. My mornings are now so much fun I couldn’t imagine not doing it! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun way to get fit!
Fantastic experience: I started CrossFit just after the 2nd lockdown. With the changes to how and where I worked I needed to find a new place to train. I was experienced with training but new to CrossFit. As soon as I started I felt extremely welcome. I started my foundations with Alison, one of the coaches who was so supportive. Once completed I attended the open gym sessions and then people started to encourage me to attend the classes and once I had I was hooked. I do a combination of my own training and the classes. Everyone is lovely, both coaches and members. I wish I had found it sooner. Even with lockdown they have plenty on offer and they've even loaned me some of their equipment so I can continue to train at home. If I could 10 stars I would.
Fantastic experience: So much better than your average gym. Great variation, great coaching and great vibe. Noticeable gains made in what I would say was a short amount of time due to the functional fitness workouts.

Fantastic experience: I joined Crossfit Chiltern just under 3 years ago and i never anticipated just how much of an effect this place would have on my life. It has completely changed the way i mentally approach challenges simply from the graft and focus required for learning a new skill or getting a new PR. I'm so much fitter and stronger than i was when i started and yet i know with the training sessions there is still so much i can improve. The community and coaches are such an incredible network that both challenge you to improve and support you through it.
Fantastic experience: Great place, fantastic coaches and lovely supportive atmosphere :) Been training here for over 2 years and it’s the best gym I’ve ever attended. The coaching and PT is brilliant and the clients are all friendly, sociable and supportive. During lockdown we’re keeping busy with zoom sessions, daily workouts and personal training, none of which needs any special equipment. Best gym ever :)
Fantastic experience: I could not recommend CrossFit Chiltern enough. I have been going 3 to 4 times a week for nearly 4 years and I love it. The coaches are all professional but also so much fun. The workouts are hard but each one is tailored for each person. Everyday is different. Throughout the lockdown Jeremy and his team have provided outstanding support to everyone. The remote classes are excellent so hopefully when we all return to normal I won’t have lost all my fitness and strength. Thank you Jeremy and everyone at CrossFit Chiltern.
Fantastic experience: once I heard about crossfit chiltern I knew one at to sign up. having been a member for 2 months now it's the best decision I've made. the coaches are fun and the members who attend are a real good bunch: update 2 years on: I've learnt so much from these classes and have movements such as pull-up, hand satnd holds, toes to bar etc which i never would have thought i could have. I've also met a lot of great people who I can hang out in and out of the box

'Accidentally' fell into Crossfit and couldn't have asked to find a better bunch of people and coaches. It's a safe and welcoming environment and I've learnt to do some pretty awesome things while I've been there. Except for Burpees. I will never be thankful for Burpees. Ever.

Fantastic experience: Love love love this place. Not just somewhere to workout but a supportive and inclusive community. Everyone very encouraging and friendly and the coaches are approachable, fun to be around and work with you to improve. My progress here has been faster and more complete (all bits of my body!) than anywhere else. Am even coming to classes knowing I won't be great at certain things - something I've avoided before as I don't like feeling I can't do something. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had wanted to try crossfit for years and when my partner bought me a voucher to do crossfit with your baby after giving birth to my son it was the perfect opportunity to start. I've been doing it since August 2017 and I love it. It's the perfect training I need for my job as a firefighter. The people and atmosphere at Crossfit Chiltern are amazing. I always love going even though I'm shattered at the end of each session

Fantastic experience: Going to CF Chiltern is the highlight of my day and still training (although very carefully) while pregnant. Hoping to stay fit and strong for as many weeks as I can and looking forward to the next stage, "Bring Your Baby To Crossfit" class! All of the coaches really do take the time to make sure everyone is doing well. Great place, great coaches, great people!

Fantastic experience: Highly supportive community built around instructed weight training and cardio sessions. There are about 8 people in each session so the trainers are able to give in-depth tuition and the other members are very friendly and supportive. I'd highly recommend trying 2 week the on-ramp course and you'll be hooked!
Fantastic experience: Great new box, awesome coaches who make it fun and challenging! Love the way you can book via the app and then track your progress. I am buzzing after every session.
