Fantastic experience: This is the best place for you to train and gain muscle and it is only £18.99 a month and if you an extra £4 you can use the YANGA water machine which gives you a variety of Flavoured water or just plain water and you can ask the staff anything

Fantastic experience: Just had another session with personal trainer Antonella guglielmucci, she certainly puts me through my paces, but also takes into account my rheumatoid arthritis, so sessions are tailored to my abilities. So pleased she is my trainer, she so proffesional

Fantastic experience: Reasonable price that you pay by direct debit every month. Cheaper then other gyms. They have loads of the same cardio machines. During the day is always easy to go on any machine you want to. Evening not so sure but I gushing our could be busy. Can have one to one trainer support of you wish but you have to pay separate. No idea on the instructors prices you need to ask them. There is also different class running every day but you need to pre book them via there website.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic gym! Plenty of equipment both free weights, weight machines and cardio machines. Staff are friendly and helpful, most of the staff have a great knowledge of what each individual wants to achieve. I recommend Charlie, purely off the basis he's a "been there, smashed it" trainer and knows how to help clients get the results they want. I think a lot of the reviews where people say the staff "chat up the pretty girls" don't realise they train/talk to their other halves. Can be busy at peak times however other gym goers are always happy to let you know when they will be finished their sets. Gym is always kept very clean and has good changing facilities, also has vending machines with the usual water, protein shakes and bars. Free parking with loads of spaces and good value for money!

Fantastic experience: Gym equipment always in good order, staff friendly, great variety of classes and always a great atmosphere! Not so fun at peak time as it can be difficult to get on everything you want, but If you can hold off until later in the evening and go after 9pm it's a lot more manageable.

Fantastic experience: It is a good gym with many equipments and lots of space. Usually the early morning are free of people and you don't have to wait long for using any equipments. Also, you can sign up for any free class and any personal trainers are nice and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Great place. FREE parking. Lot of space inside the gym. Very clean!!! Stuff super friendly. All the machines working properly. There are many machines for the same exercise, so you'll probably always have at lwast one to do what you're doing and you won't have to wait till one machine it's available. The classes dictated are also very fun. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I've been attending since it opened and they have made a number of good improvements. The gym is clean, has a large free work out area and have a good variety of machines....you basically get what you pay for, avoid going in peak periods in the evening if you can.

Fantastic experience: Gyms can be intimidating but this one isn’t. It’s so clean and everyone is friendly. The price is very affordable and there are plenty of machines even when it’s busy. If you are thinking about going here just bear in mind there are no hairdryers, you can bring your own and use the vanity but I do choose to go home to shower because there isn’t one already there.

Fantastic experience: Good gym, clean environment and equipment. Not sure how busy it gets at peak times though as I am a shift worker and I am able to go during the off peak times. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: Really good gym with all the equipment you need. Friendly and positive environment. Gym needs expanding though, free weights area is tiny and very busy in the evenings. Don’t know why it wasn’t made to be two full floors as there’s enough ceiling height for it
