Fantastic experience: Great gym and very good equipment. Yusuf, nish and the rest of the team are always very welcoming and happy to help. Fresh smoothies made on site which are delicious, take your pick from the menu! The gym is clean and there is a good choice of equipment I love the music which they play!

Fantastic experience: Kids had an amazing time in class today with Antoine and Charley!! Parents even got dragged in for the last time minutes and it was so much fun!! I definitely recommend this place! I get to train in the gym while my boys have a blast in a class and then finish up with a smoothie There has been a high turn over with staff in the past but this new team are amazing! Mutasium (forgive me if I spelt that wrong) is an amazing Fitness Coach he is encouraging, approachable and has really challenged me with my plan which has had amazing results! No one just sits with their backs to you or chatting amongst themselves, they are in the floor interacting and keeping an eye on you The vibe is good, the buzz is back in the air and it's a great place to be!! Very approachable hands on team, just what the gym needed!!! Charley and the team have so many plans to make the place reach it's full potential. Great Effort, Great Team!!! Glad I came back in

Fantastic experience: I’m extremely happy at this gym after training here for almost one month now, Aqueel is absolutely amazing, always helpful and super welcoming and Lubaina has phenomenal knowledge in the fitness industry, I’ve only joined this gym because of Lubaina who has helped me with my fitness development 1:1 and pushes me in the classes! Both of them without a doubt make the gym a much better place for me!

Fantastic experience: Cool gym and culture! It isn't as large as other commercial gyms but has a bit of everything to focus on strength and conditioning. Very clean as well! Front desk staff are always very attentive and helpful, particularly Yasmin!

Fantastic experience: Best Gym I have been to. The staff are very friendly and willing to do just about anything to help you to achieve your fitness goals. Whilst, they may not be as established as other major gym chains such as the gym group, puregym etc they make up for this by providing services other gyms do not. These include but are not limited to access to the fitness manager to talk to about your fitness goals and how to reach them, freshly made nutritious smoothies and massage therapy guns.

Fantastic experience: Been a member since they opened, recommended a few friends also. Nice, intimate gym which allows me to focus on my fitness goals whilst having fun with the team and members. Alex at reception never fails to welcome me with a smile, which is always a great start to anyone's workout! She has built positive relationships with gym members and will make you great shakes!

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym as a founding member and have been going since they opened in May. I have always been petrified of the gym but the team have been so welcoming and accommodating by putting together programs for me so I can not only build my strength but also my confidence of being in the gym and working out in all the different areas. I have now signed up for PT sessions with the Fitness Manager, Kamila who pushes me out of my comfort zone each and makes sure that my technique is correct but also that I leave the gym a sweaty mess after each session. She is tough but that is what I need and pushes me even though I want to give up but I keep going back. The whole team are great and so friendly and just makes it an overall great experience for someone who has always been afraid of the gym.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism I’ve been a member of this gym since they opened and I’m really happy with it so far. The staff are great especially Nisreen who always has a smile on her face and is so welcoming every time I walk in. The equipment is good, and I usually don’t have to wait too long to use anything.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with good equipment and loved the fuel station the smoothies are great. We tried the Xnation xtra. Taste really good. Nisreen from front office was lovely and helpful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Superb gym great facilities the staff are so great my whole family use it regularly,, it’s especially good for younger children we really struggled to find a gym for our youngest teenager. The manager Mani and Amber are superb. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Thanks Manny and everyone at Xcelerate for making me feel so welcome I found it very hard to find a gym locally that would accept me due to my age ,, however after coming here my dad signed up for a 12 month family membership and we have been coming everyday,, all the staff are helpful the equipment choice is huge and we love the Smoothies

Positive experience: PROS Love the fact that the gym is small and less busy than other gyms nearby. Reception staff super helpful and make the best protein shakes/smoothies. CONS Ladies toilets have been out of order for over a month Gym floor is often left untidy with weights / equipment lying around, don’t see anyone tidying away Mica was exceptional at ensuring all equipment was working, gym floor was tidy and everyone was happy - If you weren’t she would fix it!! Also would be great if you could look at the closing times at the weekend. 6pm close is way too early - especially for those who work! Hope things will improve as I love coming here EDIT - toilets are all up and running now - thanks so much !!

But here I felt very welcomed ane included and the staff is verry nice and friendly. Love the atmosphere and the dream team Alex, Kamila and Mica you are awesome ! Fantastic experience: Of all the gyms I have been a member of, this is by far my favourite. The staff are friendly, approachable and experienced. There is everything needed in terms of equipment, which is clean and in great condition. The gym is never too crowded to use the machines I want to and the staff are always on hand to help if needed. Members are friendly, I feel part of a community and comfortable in the gym :) Shoutout to Mica and Kamila for being FAB! :)

Fantastic experience: AMAZING! I love coming to the gym, the classes are really great and the staff are so friendly! My program that was written by mica is brilliant. The progress I have made in such a short space of time is something I never thought I would achieve without her help and the other staff members! The equipment is always so clean, and I cannot wast to make more progress!

Fantastic experience: It’s so refreshing to find a gym where the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I was nervous about joining as I have a couple of injuries which make training a bit difficult. After my initial consultation I received a personalised training plan which is really easy to follow and has made a huge difference to my strength and fitness. I love the atmosphere at the gym and they have a great range of equipment and machines. I especially love the water rowing machines!

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym! Whether you want to start going gym or a regular gym goer looking for a new gym, Xcelerate Gym is the gym. Gym has high quality essential equipment and the gym is always clean. Very friendly and approachable staff, and they will answer any questions you have. Changing room and toilets are always kept clean. Their fuel station is full of delicious drinks, having the option with or without protein/whey, also catering for kids. Highly recommended. Overall 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Being going here since the day it opened, big shout out to the 6am crew. Great atmosphere with a relaxed feeling, the staff are all brilliant, in particular Alex and Nancy who always greet you with a smile and a good morning. Brilliant ????
