Fantastic experience: Before starting with Liam, I was out of shape and insecure about how I looked and how unfit I was. I wasn’t the most unfit person in the world but I was never happy with my fitness. I decided to do a taster session with Liam where we talked goals and he went through some initial bits with me. I was sold straight away and never looked back. Liam has literally changed my life! I am now much fitter, stronger and in better shape than ever - I’m also motivated to keep pushing myself and increase my fitness levels further. Not only will Liam give you a great exercise plan to follow, he will give you all the tools to succeed. He helps you make small lifestyle changes which, when combined with eating better and training hard, will genuinely chang your life. He will also explain everything you’re doing, so that you have the understanding as to why you’re doing it. Previously, I always found that I had bursts of motivation, but Liam keeps me extremely motivated at all times with weekly check ins and other great online content. This was a game changer for me! Liam is extremely flexible and will adapt to suit your goals and your life (which let’s be honest can be hectic at times). Liam’s feedback is also extremely detailed and he will point things out that you wouldn’t even notice. I honestly cannot stress how important all of this has been for my journey. Overall, Liam is a fantastic coach and will provide you with all the tools you need to succeed and improve your life. At the start of the year, I was out of shape and was out of breath going up the stairs at work. Now, I’m in much better shape and am even considering entering races and competitions like Hyrox - I wouldn’t have even thought about things like this at the start of the year. Thank you Liam - you’ve changed my life for the better!

Fantastic experience: Liam totally understood my mindset and how to push and when to push me. He easily anticipated when I’d feel a dip in energy or focus and adjusted to it before we even started - so I felt completely safe in his sympathetic but strict hands! Importantly for me he has a deep understanding of women over 40 - their bodies and mind - and the stresses of busy working mothers - in a way that other PTs generally ignore. I have been back to Liam a couple of times and he is a brilliant motivator.

Fantastic experience: Liam has been brilliant in helping me to achieve my goals. The training plans have been both fun and specific to me. Fantastic experience: I can say with all honesty that I would highly recommend Liam as a Personal Trainer not only for his amazing ability to coach and get the best out of people of all abilities but for the overall process of getting the best out yourself from diet, nutrition and an overall exercise routine. I first started training with Liam in May last year. I’m 57 and had never been in a gym before unless you count the school gym! I had started on a fat lost journey in the summer of 2020 after a pre diabetes diagnosis in late 2019 and then covid gave me a wake up call that I needed. I still felt I needed to get fitter and stronger and a friend recommended Liam to me. I was very nervous but Liam put me at ease in our initial zoom chat then at my first session in the gym. I thought it would be something I would do to get to my goal then walk away but to my surprise I absolutely love my PT sessions with Liam and despite reaching my goal a couple of months ago I now go twice a week and I will keep going as long as I can. Liam is so professional, endlessly patient and tailors the program to get the best out of you without pushing you too hard that you get injured. I have achieved things that I thought were way beyond my physical capability. It’s not just the training that has helped me. The advice on diet and nutrition have made my relationship with food so much better as I’m so much more conscious of what I eat and drink to be able to get my body in the best shape possible. I can honestly say that Liam has changed my life for the better and I know that I will never go back to where I was a couple of years ago. So what ever your goal be it fat loss, training for a particular event or just to improve your general fitness I have no doubt that Liam can tailor a programme to make it work for you because as his client he always puts what you want to achieve as his priority.

Fantastic experience: I joined with Liam just over three months ago and what I have achieved in those few months has far surpassed my expectations. My original goal was overall fat loss, and with a tailored programme, and regular check-ins and sessions with Liam, I got to my target. Since then, Liam has worked with me, tailoring my programme to focus on areas I want to improve on. The hybrid model Liam offers works perfectly for me, as I can get my sessions in after work, and know that Liam is continuing to check my progress with our weekly check-ins. Liam is very professional and a great motivator, and really does listen to your goals to make sure your programme is tailored to you and your goals completely. I have 100% felt supported and motivated both in our 1 on 1 sessions, and my solo sessions. I would wholeheartedly recommend Liam to anyone wanting to improve any aspects of their fitness, or just starting out on their fitness journey. Thank you Liam.

Fantastic experience: I approached Liam during lockdown last June as I’d lost the momentum with both my training and diet. We had an initial Zoom meeting to discuss what I wanted to achieve and how we were going to make it happen. Although I knew how professional Liam was ( having trained with him as part of the Powerhouse team) I was so impressed during that meeting with his attention to detail, his suggestions and his approachability. Liam took into account the kit I had to work with and then produced a programme for me to follow. This is downloaded onto TrueCoach. There are videos of himself explaining & demonstrating the exercises, tempo & repetitions making it straightforward to follow (plus a reminder if you happen to miss it)! I have a weekly check in with Liam online and also a 1-1 every 4-6 weeks. This both holds me accountable and enables us to track my progress and change anything in the programme. He regularly posts pictures and information on the Facebook group encouraging us to share ideas and take part in challenges that he sets. So although it’s ‘online’ you definitely feel part of a group! My goal wasn’t to loose a massive amount of weight but to get stronger, fitter and leaner. This can’t happen overnight and Liam has taught and encouraged me how to build all aspects of his programme into my lifestyle. It certainly helped me not only achieve my goal but got me through these lockdowns too. So much so, that even though gyms have reopened, I have carried on with Liam’s online programme. Yes, you do need a certain amount of self discipline but with Liam’s expertise, encouragement, experience and support it has certainly worked for me and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Liam as your PT!

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Liam in June of this year, the affects of lockdown laziness had taken hold and I had put on weight and was feeling not too great about myself. From first contact with Liam he was great, discussed what I wanted to achieve and explained how things work and why you're doing it. I have dropped 2 dress sizes since June and i am a lot more confident in my diet and going to the gym on my own. Even though we weren't doing face 2 face pt, Liam stays in touch with you all the time, once a month catch ups, Facebook groups and team challenges and group outdoor sessions and fun workouts. He has adapted his way of coaching because of the pandemic and it works. It hasn't just been a few months of workouts, he coaches you on your mind-set and attitude towards food and exercise so that it becomes a lifestyle change and not a quick fix! I would highly recommend Liam to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Been working with Liam for two months now and have seen amazing changes. Liam has coached me into training more frequently and with better results over this time helping me work towards my goal of joining the army. He has a dedicated and professional approach that makes you feel supported in the gym during sessions and when working solo. The skills and techniques I've learnt in our sessions has undoubtedly helped me stay injury free and maximized my progress. Fantastic experience: Reliable, hard working, structured and positive. Things that really helped to get me through the last few months. Liam is understanding of past or current injuries and plans a structured session around this incorporating exercises to target areas without causing more pain/aggravation. I would hands down recommend Liam to get get you started in your fitness and health plans or if you’re worried/apprehensive about returning to the gym. Or just need that push/motivation to get back to enjoying exercise. He is serious about exercise, nutrition and full of relevant advice and tips, not just fads and crazes of the moment and he is a constant support through your journey however short or long. His dedication even through such tough times as we have all faced is a real boost and motivation.

Fantastic experience: Came to Louth after Christmas with the goal of keeping hold of muscle and losing fat. Can comfortably say it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of PT no matter what your goal as. Had numerous injuries/weaknesses which i have now overcome with his help from lifting weights to running. Would recommend to anybody.

Fantastic experience: Meeting Liam 5 months ago was the best decision ever, I was struggling a lot with diet, exercise and body image for a long time. I was not even paying attention to things that I have been doing wrong and has suffered unconsciously with constant tiredness, over-eating, low self confidence and reckless snacking. Liam never talk negatively of what you have done wrong (e.g. diet choice wise), instead he always motivate you of making the most optimal choice on different domains. It was a hard work at the beginning to initiate the change to myself, and I could not remember what I decided to go for a PT. However, with the help from him, now it has become a new routine for me to choose the right diet, more active and itching for each PT sessions! So massive shoutout to Liam for making every little changes that count!

Fantastic experience: The best decision I made was signing up to Miami Peach with Liam! After suffering with anxiety it gave me control and something to aim for in the gym. Unfortunately part of the programme was in lock down but that didn’t stop Liam from hosting zoom sessions and constantly checking in on us with diet and how things were going. I’ve learnt so much from this programme with regards to form and diet and have already noticed how motivational he was as it’s a struggle without! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a push, to learning the form correctly and help with diet. Best PT I’ve had! Thanks Liam!

I started my online coaching programme 3 months ago and have now lost 5kg and am now starting to build muscle. Fantastic experience: I would have no hesitation in recommending Liam. I have been training with him for 7 months.. From the first day he was focused on what I wanted, as well as what I needed! He ascertained my training goals and then devised a program to achieve these. After about 3 months having made good progress I was unfortunately injured at work sustaining a debilitating back injury. This impacted on my training ability and I was quite demotivated Liam worked with me, following advice from my physio and even consultng with an expert in the States to help me not only rehabilitate but also continue to develop. Each session I am hitting PBs! I thoroughly enjoy my sessions and I am really pleased with my progress. Liam' s knowledge and enthusiasm are top notch and his motivational approach is spot on.

Fantastic experience: I would not hestitae to recommend Liam as a coach, his helpfulness and ability to practically apply his knowledge to help each individual work towards their own goal is amazing. I have recently completed the Miami peach plan, which focuses mainly on glutes with some upper body And abs. The gyms closed early in the programme due to lockdown but Liam adapted the programmes to suit the equipment we had at home , checked in weekly and was always available for any questions and zoom sessions despite the lockdown situation. Liam’s motivation, detailed work out plans, nutrition advice and solid coaching have really helped me achieve my goals over the course of the Miami peach programme. Liam was able to adapt the programme to me as an individual which really helped me work towards my goals and enjoy working out again.

Fantastic experience: I have had a shoulder injury for some time which has been limiting my ability to train in the gym. My wife had been training with Liam for some time before I decided to sign up myself. Liam was able to come up with a variety of exercises that accommodated my injury and as a result I have been able to train and get some great results in the gym. I would highly recommend Liam as a PT, he is very knowledgable and experienced. I am about to have surgery on my shoulder and will definitely be using Liam to help my recovery and rehabilitation following my operation.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Liam since July last year and I can strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a coach. I have been a member of the gym where I was doing a lot of group classes. The pace in the classes is tough but manageable and after a while I felt I had hit a wall. I couldn't lose any more weight on my own and I felt I wasn't making any progress. I was looking for a PT and a friend recommended Liam. After my first meeting with Liam I knew I was in good hands. He is easy to talk to, has a lot of patience to train inexperienced clients and is always coming up with new and creative workouts. It was also reassuring to know that he understood my fitness abilities. He is so not the show-off body builder-type-of trainer, but approaches his training in a genuinely informed way. I had only done body weight exercises prior to training with Liam and was almost scared of lifting weights. I had no confidence to train solo and would solely rely on the group classes. Liam made me feel comfortable lifting weights. He has always ensured that my technique is correct to avoid any injuries. He helped me improve my diet and set up a plan so that I can train on my own twice a week. He also frequently checks on how I am feeling after a session. I keep throwing questions at him every now and then during our sessions and I have to admit he truly knows his stuff. Most importantly, he respects my time and money and always makes sure that I get value out of it. I can see improvements that remind me that I'm making progress even when I’m not losing weight. My stamina, endurance and strength have all increased. I can squat lower, lift heavier, hold a plank for longer and breathe easily. Its been a worthy experience. Many Thanks Liam.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Liam for a year and a half now and have already seen big changes in myself physically and mentally .He is a very patient,tough and knowledgeable coach. I have been doing his box fit classes and 1:1 PT session’s which I really enjoy . He will keep checking on you with your progress and always have time to answer any questions be it regarding diet or fitness. I can’t praise highly enough as he is a very good ,passionate,skilful and knowledgeable coach.I highly recommend Liam.

Fantastic experience: I had a really tough start to 2018 mentally. My self-esteem, body confidence, and mind set were at an all-time low and my training became very inconsistent, mixed with poor nutrition. When I saw Liam advertising Miami Peach Club I decided to use it as an opportunity to turn my life around; and it was one of the best decisions I had made in a long time. Despite it being group training sessions, Liam still adds a personal touch, he manages to focus on each and every client in the group, making sure your form is perfect every single set and encourages you to perform to the best of your ability. A private Facebook group keeps you motivated throughout the programme and allows you to meet some amazing women; who I've stayed friends with since. Towards the end of the year I decided to take up one of the gyms free classes called Box Fit which Liam also leads, this helped me channel my energy in a positive and constructive way. Even though the classes are free, Liams still puts all of his energy into making sure everyone is working hard but still enjoying themselves. I've never felt so strong or confident within myself, I would definitely recommend Liam to anyone considering PT sessions, joining one of the classes he leads or taking part in Miami Peach Club! His true passion is motivating you to be the best you can be, and I can’t thank him enough for the difference he has made to my life over the pasted year

Fantastic experience: I never thought I would have the courage to walk into a gym let alone work with a PT. Yet over the past six months of twice weekly sessions with Liam, my self-confidence has grown massively. Liam is very engaging and really took the time to listen to what my goals were and has tailored our sessions to meet those goals of weight loss, improve muscle definition, strengthen my shoulder muscles after an injury, reduce back pain and improve my blood pressure while re-shaping my body into something I can be proud of. No mean feat for a 48 year old past coach potato! Liam has used his expert knowledge to explain to me the value of how the muscles and body work and how to exercise in the most efficient and effective way. I am now much more confident going to the Gym on my own knowing that I am using the weights and equipment safely, to the best effect and to continue the development of my goals rather than doing what I think is enough because ‘hey, I have been to the gym, it must be ok!’ Liam has also given advice and support outside of our sessions on WhatsApp and even when I was on holiday dropped me a message to encourage me in achieving my goals. I am on track to achieve my next personal goals – unsupported chin ups! I have never felt so happy and confident in training nor have I ever seen such personal results from having a PT. Liam really has made a difference and I would recommend all us middle age couch potatoes to give Liam a call, get a 10 week programme in place and change your health and shape!

Fantastic experience: My PT sessions with Liam have been informative & enjoyable. I’ve been going to the gym for years but decided I wanted to up my game & concentrate more on weights rather than HIIT/plyometrics which i’d been doing a lot of in the run up to PT. I chose Liam because I wanted my form to be spot on & I knew this was something he looked very closely at. Plus he is armed with a huge amount of knowledge & encouragement to help you achieve your goals & to get the most out of your time at the gym. I now have the confidence to train ‘solo’ in the weight area performing exercises I would never have done before. I’d certainly recommend Liam & will be re-booking more PT sessions or joining up to his Miami Peach Club programme.

Fantastic experience: An extremely knowledgable Personal Trainer and highly motivating to be trained by. As a Veteran, with disabilities, Liam was able to come up with an adapted training programme that has allowed me to work towards fitness goals without aggravating injuries. Work 'still in progress' but you can bet I'll be back to see Liam for the next level in my fitness recovery!

Fantastic experience: I am currently in the middle of my second block of training sessions with Liam so have had 15 in all so far. I have been so impressed with his patience, his teaching and his understanding of the subject. He has helped improve my confidence in the gym and developed sessions that i can do on my own. I wanted to loose a bit of weight, change my shape and improve my strength which I have succeeded In doing thanks to Liams training. He has also kept an eye on my nutrition and when I've needed guidance he has given it in a non judgemental way. He has also kept in touch regularly between sessions ensuring I keep on track and how I am feeling after sessions. I have found him very encouraging and I recommend him to anyone serious about improving themselves in the gym. I am working towards a marathon now so my sessions have been geared to improving my overall strength. What is also good is that if I'm working alone Liam keeps one eye on my form to ensure I'm doing things correctly which I find reassuring.

Fantastic experience: I would def recommend Liam as a personal trainer. I’ve just completed my first 10 weeks of personal training with Liam. He has got me doing things in the gym that I would never of done on my own, as a member of the gym I have only ever done classes. I first started doing boxing as a one on one with Liam about 5 months ago as I really enjoyed one of the box fit classes he takes and then I decided just after Christmas to ask about personal training he listened to what I wanted to achieve and tailored the training for me. When I first joined the gym about 2 years ago Liam’s was one of the first classes I signed up to do. I sat in the gym changing rooms gathering up the confidence to even ask where the classes were held so I asked one of the trainers who was outside the changing rooms and it happpened to be Liam who was taking the class I had never spoken to him before but he didn’t make me feel stupid even though I was 5 & 1/2 stone heavier than I am now. I was big and very unfit I’ve lost quite a bit of weight doing the personal training with Liam’s help. In the training sessions Liam has got me lifting weights I would not of done on my own and now don’t feel so self conscious . I’ve also signed myself up for another 10 sessions he listens to everything you ask & shows you how to lift the weights properly. Liam is very approachable and friendly. He takes time to ask how you are doing even if you are not doing pt with him on that particular day.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Liam’s classes for about a year now, and started PT sessions a few months ago to help with some posture/back issues, but also because I was absolutely frozen by the idea of hitting the gym floor on my own, I had no idea what to do or where to start. Liam is very patient and always tries to find the best way to explain “what”, “how” and “why” of each exercise but also diet wise. He keeps challenging us in the right measure, but he doesn’t let us rush into anything without building foundation for it, so what he does is educate us, really. On top of that, the fact that he really enjoys what he does is quite contagious and keeps our motivation on top. I noticed the difference in my body and performance quite quick with the PT sessions, my posture improved and my back issues are under control, I can finally do a session on my own once a week and I actually enjoy going to the gym, so... 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: Training with Liam over the past six months has resulted in me feeling stronger, healthier and more focussed than I could have imagined. My initial reason for working out with a PT was to give me my confidence back in the gym after I became a mum and balancing that alongside working full time. I started going to the gym and to get a routine that I could commit to on a regular basis. I knew I wanted a PT but having no knowledge of any of the PTs at The Gym I observed several over a period of time whilst spending endless hours on the cross trainer building confidence to approach one. Liam stood out from the onset as he appeared to have a genuine interest in his clients - talking to them, demonstrating how to do the various exercises and using the time to train - as Liam says 'bang for you buck'. I know that I have got that from Liam and I see the money spent as money invested in me and my health! My husband isn't complaining either and is impressed with my 'bum of steel' :-) Our sessions are predominately around weights and body weight not cardio as I can do that on my own. I am now lifting weights that I could not have imagined - by no means in the league of a body builder or competitor but pushing myself in a sensible and sustainable way. I enjoy my sessions with Liam - easy to talk to, we have a laugh and more often than not Liam provides therapy after a challenging day at work! I am regularly training solo and have a good mixture of exercises that are working every muscle. I have seen a really positive improvement in my lifestyle - from eating healthily (and enjoying the odd Dominos), sleeping better and generally a more positive mood. Liam has a wealth of experience and understands how the body works. He has a massive focus on technique and nutrition but realistic that outside of the gym 'normal' life kicks in. No fads here. Liam is a very personable guy - a strength. A welcome and genuine gesture is that he checks in on non training days or when he see's me around the gym! I know Liam is well respected by his clients past and present and has a lot of time for everyone, those in his class and colleagues speak highly of him. Thank you Liam for getting me to where I am today - bring on 121 boxing!

Fantastic experience: I’ve just finished a 10 week block of sessions with a Liam and have been really impressed. I’ve regularly been a member of gyms but now feel significantly more confident and motivated - particularly with regards to weights and strength training. Liam has heaps of patience and is really knowledgable so I’d recommend him to both newbies and gym regulars. He is always contactable about diet and nutritional advice and offers a lot more than your average PT. Our sessions continue to challenge and motivate me, I’m really pleased with the results so far and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I was introduced to Liam at the end of August by a friend when I applied for a UWCB event. Before having any sessions with Liam he took the time to speak to me over the phone and we discussed what I was looking for and what he was able to offer. Since August I’ve been having Liam twice a week, each session is something different but relates to the boxing goal in hand. Although some sessions have been tough, they have all been massively enjoyable. Each week we have been seeing improvements which has been helping with my confidence. I have now had my boxing match and even though i lost I have decided to keep training with Liam as I want to keep improving physically and it’s something I really enjoy. I hope to have another fight next year and with the help of Liam I know it’s going to be an easy win! I highly recommend working with him whatever your goal may be, as he is easy to get along with and will help turn your weaknesses into strengths!

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my first block of 10 sessions with Liam, I have seen so much improvement in my level of fitness, and have learnt so much in a short period of time. Liam is very dedicated, thorough and ensures that he teaches the correct form. He is a patient and humble guy, and you can tell he has passion for what he does. Fantastic experience: Been training with Liam since January and I can already see results. Liam is all about consistency, patience, form and technique and he is willing to share his knowledge and experiences, which is something I admire. I can tell he really cares about his clients by checking in now and then and making sure I get the most out of my sessions. I just finished my second block of sessions, but I’ve learnt a lot from Liam and can’t wait to try out his bootcamp sessions in Thame as well. Definitely recommend to my family and friends 100%. Genuine and humble guy!

Fantastic experience: Liam has a great way of tailoring a specific programme based on the individual's needs, as in my case I carried injuries. Through his hard work, dedication and knowledge after just a short period of having Liam as my personal trainer, I am already experiencing the difference in my body and mind. He looks at my diet and advises on the correct foods to eat and general behaviour around it and my body. I find his approach very balanced and personal. I have no hesitation in recommending Liam to my family and friends.
