Fantastic experience: Is not as bad as all the other reviews, price quality is very good I would say. Obviously there is other gyms better but they cost 3 or 4 times more.

Fantastic experience: To date I cannot fault the Leisure centre. It is a fantastic brand new centre on our doorsteps which outshines any private health club. The staff have always been very helpful, and I have never encountered any rudeness. This is a brilliant facility which is available to all local residents. As for the "OVER ZEALOUS" swimming staff, I think they do a fantastic job. They are extremely focused and for that reason I know that swimmers are safe.

Fantastic experience: Helps you to get fit quicker and i would recommend this leisure centre because it is very clean and impeccably tidy. Update: I now go to the gym here almost every day and I must say that it is the tidiest gym you will ever find and if something isn't in the right place, the staff are always happy and on hand to help you. When I first started out, the staff were extremely friendly and v.helpful with tips on what I needed to do for each piece of equipment. The majority of the equipment is made by Technogym and the free weights are Technogym Pure Strength. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to go. I also go swimming here; the pool is v.clean during the later hours of the day - I'm not too sure about any times earlier than 6pm (I don't usually go anytime before that) but I'm pretty sure the pool is carefully maintained and cleaned throughout the day. There are eight lanes, although some may be used for swimming lessons. Sometimes, there may not be a lane separator between lanes, which creates one giant lane to use (usually not more than 2 lanes wide). Again, I highly recommend Westcroft Leisure centre, I've managed to lose 6kg in a month!

Positive experience: Gym is great, modern equipment and lots of it. Swimming pool and showers are too warm. The worst part is the Pool changing area is not that clean and non-refundable 20p for lockers. Gym changing is cleaner, with padlock required.

Positive experience: very friendly receptionists including the lady who just found my swimming trunks I left behind. Circuit training teachers are fantastic as well. Better value than most and nice community feel amongst the members. We just need more in person classes now (body combat, pilates, yoga etc..) Shout out to he cleaner as well who is always friendly and polite.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I'd like to leave my opinion about Westcote Heritage, they've painted my 4 bedroom flat in Bognor Regis, and what a nice job it was... From the start they were professional and very easy to approach with any questions or doubts. They've done a near perfect painting and I'm very happy with the results.

Fantastic experience: Just booked swimming classes for my son. Jack was absolutely superb. Informative, friendly and interacted well with my boy. I felt that made him feel part of it, not just speaking to the parents. This makes the kids feel at ease. All in all Jack was the reason we signed up. See you Monday @ 8:30 ‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Local leisure centre. Courtoues staff and clean setting. If you like a quiet swim, have a look at their timetable. Optimum times will be weekdays early morning or late evening. Latest you can go is 9pm bt even then you'll only have 30mins. It is very popular though as there's a gym, library and beauty space on site soo, Yeah. Something for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I like this place. Although the sports centre is almost busy everyday the buzz it brings makes you want to visit again and again. I play badminton twice a week for 2 hours, everybody is there for one reason and wants to reach that goal! A wide range of individuals visit and respect one and others space and together with politeness it generates a fantastic atmosphere Booking can be difficult to get at the best of times. Pot luck I guess.

Fantastic experience: Joining a gym can be intimidating for some. I joined this chain approx 3 years ago. I now visit Westcroft between 4-5 times a week and with the help of the staff my fitness has improved significantly. I’ve tried other gyms and clubs, but have to say Westcroft is the best by far. The staff are always friendly and eventually get to know you by name. More importantly its a welcoming and friendly environment, which always helps if your new to fitness or just new to the gym.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities. A real community hub. Contains Carshalton Library with internet enabled workstations and study tables. Has one of the borough's Swimming pools. Contains one of the largest gyms in the area and has a sports hall for hire and that has events as diverse as a family roller disco.

Fantastic experience: I was the site engineer at Westcroft in the 1970's. Having seen the new photographs I must go and have a walk around when I am in Carshalton. The original cost of this centre was around £1.4 million- I think. Why has all the lovely (double diamond) red brickwork been covered-shame My wife and I were the first to swim in the two pools, once they were heated of course.

Fantastic experience: Staff are rude at the reception desk and can't stop chatting to colleagues. They need to understand that without customers there would no jobs for them. Management needs to send them on course.
