Base Gym Bath

Fantastic experience: I train here 3/4 days a week. So much available kit and loads of weights. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Everyone has a great vibe and it doesn’t feel intimidating in the slightest. Highly recommend the PTs here. Especially Lottie! And they do protein shakes :)

Fantastic experience: Base is a brilliant gym - I always feel welcome when I arrive, every single PT/staff member is friendly and you can tell the owner genuinely cares about his members and his gym! Lots of kit, that I've not seen in more commercial gyms, which makes sessions way more fun :)

Fantastic experience: A wide variety of kit to cater for all sorts of training modalities and the value for money is just undeniable. You can train here for a whole week in sessions that are as long as you need them to be for the same price as one hour with a local CrossFit box, albeit without the class dynamic. This place is truly great!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with open plan flooring, lots of machines and plenty of racks - have never found myself going to a session where I can’t do the compounds I want due to lack of racks. Really friendly staff and are keen to help wherever possible.

The staff are always polite and they offer a great personal training service. Whilst the gym always feels busy there is rarely a wait for any of the equipment. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is interested primarily in weight training

Friendly, helpful staff and equally friendly clientele. Staff have loads of expertise from strength training to Olympic lifts. They also do a tasty range of shakes, bars and drinks for all your pre/post workout needs.

The staff are friendly and always on hand to help if you need and the equipment is second to none, could not recommend more.

Fantastic experience: Great gym in bath. Friendly, welcoming staff and a fantastic gym atmosphere. Huge amounts of space with 6 wooden platforms and a variety of plate loaded machine. They also have some high level equipment available not found in some other gyms, which makes for a great addition to your session.
