F45 Training Bath

Fantastic experience: Having trained in various gyms and studios I cannot rate F45 Training Bath highly enough. The feeling of community, the social family, the ever-evolving workouts, not to mention the infectious and influential energy of the instructors all combine to make an exciting, dynamic and fun environment. No mirrors, no egos, just the environment and support to get you training harder than you've probably ever done in the past...

Fantastic experience: I have been going to F45 Bath for around 10 months now and I cannot speak highly enough about it! Having been to F45 studios all around the world, from Australia to the US, and I can honestly say that this is my favourite. The trainers are brill, really encouraging, supportive and always prepared to go the extra mile to make sure you are getting the most from your training. Additionally the location is really convenient and the facilities are great (amazing showers). Lastly the F45 bath community is the best- 100% recommend!!!
