Fantastic experience: Love this place! The facilities are first class but what sets them apart for me is their amazing team. You can tell it’s a great place to work and this really comes across from the staff when you’re training which makes a huge difference. I’ve also had a few problems historically with my lower back and knee and Dave Wilby identified the cause and I’m now well on the way to recovery. I’ve attended a number of gyms in my time but never have I experienced such a friendly and motivational team.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 6 stars I would. I have been treated by Dave for ongoing back and shoulder issues due to a car crash and I have to say the results have been amazing. After not having much luck with other therapists Dave was recommended to me and right from the start I just knew that he got the problems I was having and he went to work. After only a few treatments I would say I saw a 80% improvement in functionality and I now have regular treatments just to keep on top of things. I cant recommend Dave and Team Breakthrough highly enough.
