Fantastic experience: Excellent place to train. It's the proper weights the old school weights. Everyone is so nice. Everyone just gets on with there training nobody bothers you. Sam is an excellent trainer he has a lot of patience. Membership is a very reasonable price for what you train on.

Fantastic experience: It’s a “living museum”, with original handmade equipment that is so smooth and progressive. Even the dumbbells, which are handmade, are in pounds, I love the feel of real steel in my hand, and not hexagonal rubber. The great bodybuilders of yesteryear look on from their black and white posters, checking your progress. Personal training is available, on-site parking, Sunbed , shower, toilet. Full range of cardio including treadmills. An outdoor gym with a variety of old and new school equipment waits to delight your mind, and torture your body… You can train anytime, it’s an old school honesty gym, you get keys.

Fantastic experience: I would train here everyday if I could. What a place. The atmosphere, equipment and Old School belt & braces feel. Once you try it you won’t wanna go anywhere else. The owner Sam is very knowledgeable, approachable and willing to help.
