Fantastic experience: I can honestly say the management and the staff know how to treat the public. I come on a Saturday with my sister and the staff are always friendly make you feel welcome and always say hello or goodbye. If their having a bad day they don't show it. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: I think the classes are really good. All the coaches are very professional and very dynamic. I absolutely love the spin classes. I have been to many other providers in London and these spin classes are the best in my opinion. I like that the atmosphere is so supportive between members too, it just feels good to be in those classes. Maybe the gym area is a bit small, I do not use the changing rooms as I live nearby. I am yet to go to the swimming pool.

Fantastic experience: This is my 2nd visit to their water aerobics class and I loved it! This centre ticks a lot of boxes for me. It has plenty of parking, easy access and friendly/helpful staffs. The centre also is clean, tidy and the covid restrictions is mapped out well. My only problem is the expectation to put on the overshoes cover before going into the changing room with no seatings available, it is impossible to do so! Looking forward to going again!

Fantastic experience: I attend the gym here each week. It's very local, spacious and well equipped. It has a range of memberships. You can also attend a variety of different exercise classes, including yoga, zumba, etc. You can get recommendations from a fitness trainer. You are also able to go swimming here too. Well worth joining to keep fit.

Fantastic experience: ALL STAFF a very welcoming and friendly, helpful, polite and it is always a joy to see them. My daughter, my sister and I are regulars at the South Norwood Gym. We attend classes on mon, tue, wed, thur, Friday and Sunday consisting of - All over body work out, Core stability and pump. All 3 are excellent classes and brilliant instructors. Thank you Sabiya

Fantastic experience: Water was lovely temperature in the pool ,showers were lovely temperature, lovely staff, very cheap to get in, lots of activities going on, ladies changing room floor not very clean, needs new lock keys take extra pound with you just incase...Lots off good changes after nine years :))

Fantastic experience: Circuits and pump on Sunday are brilliant. Can you please move the lunchtime spin class to be after pump? Attendance would improve! Lots of pumpers would go .

Fantastic experience: SNLC is cool. Zumba classes are great. I love using their Peck-DecK mahine. I have created new friendships here over the years. Recommend if you want to keep fit with out any distractions.

Fantastic experience: I've been having swimming lessons since beginning of Feb. I couldn't swim a stroke And now I am an intermediate swimmer! Feel very pleased with myself. Swim teacher Liz is great. She really takes her time with people and doesn't make them do anything they are uncomfortable about. It's a fun class. All staff are polite. So pleased I joined ‍♀️
