Glenn has worked in the industry for over 20 years, with his skill set including working with clients in Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, Training Programming, Movement Analysis and Corrective Exercise, Sports Massage Therapy and Tutoring/Assessing industry qualifications. 

Glenn currently coaches athletes including World Champion & Professional Bodybuilders, World Champion and World Record holding Powerlifters, successful Strongman athletes, Professional Wrestlers and Boxers. 

Successfully aiding people towards their goals is a combination of the relevant science based prescription and the application of a coaching style in which people are comfortable, confident and enjoying their journey.  See the “Client Results” section and additional testimonies for examples of this. 

With years of success and experience, Glenn additionally uses this in his roles Tutoring Fitness Qualifications, and delivering Seminars, educating the next level of Personal Training students.
