Fantastic experience: This a good gym with lots of equipment. Kept clean and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, friendly stuff, clean. Feels safe, and they even have a separate small female only gym room. Equipment is in good condition and plenty of classes to sign up for. Changing rooms are clean with toilets, showers and lockers. Wending mashines downstairs and a cafe next door. Running track outside. Secure entranse to the gym with your fingerprints, so there's no need to ever worry about forgetting your pass. Personal Trainers awailable but they work as freelancers.

Fantastic experience: Good gym. Dumbells go up to heavy sizes and the management really cares how you feel about the place. They're always happy to talk to you about your concerns which is awesome in this current covid world we live in!

Positive experience: Clean and good selection of workout and consultants to help you with your goals. Careful on weekends as space is often rented out for bouncy kid parties.

Positive experience: It's a normal gym but be prepared to be competing with school kids doing their physical education class. I once wanted to use a machine but the PE teacher was sitting on it doing paper work while his teen class just played around the gym without supervision. Sometimes you cant use studio space because someone is using it for their A levels. So just be aware of this going in. Apart from that, it's an okay gym. Its spacious and staff are nice.

Fantastic experience: There are numerous gyms available, I chose Lifestyle as it is a well laid out gym with plenty of cardio machines and a well equiped weight training section. There is also a female only room. Exercise classes and personal training are available. The staff are friendly and it's a very comfortable place to train.

Fantastic experience: Best GYM I have been to but that is mainly because I prefer unpacked environments to work out. The membership price is not that bad and you get access to a variety of free workshops. They use a finger print scanner to gain access not too sure how conferable I am with them having my fingerprint. But it is definitely a great environment also students have a discount even though they don't advertise it very well. Promotion code: "studentm"
