Fantastic experience: We had a fresh start on Sunday at Venue. Excellent and inviting water for swimming! At Coffe Shop a good Latte and a croissant and a soft play also ok for my daughter! And perfect because free parking all Sunday ! I highly recommend for a fresh start Sunday !

Positive experience: Kids enjoy the soft play, it's not huge but okay for an hr or so. Pool is quite cold and changing rooms not the nicest

Fantastic experience: The Venue team have done really well to ensure the safety of their clients. I was in the pool doing a Deep Water Aqua Fit class , which in itself is great fun, but could see that in the space of an hour, at least 2 janitors came into the changing area to check the cleanliness.

Fantastic experience: Just a quick shout out to Ellie who went out of her way to help cancel a booking I could no longer attend and then refund the money paid (which wasn't expected). Despite working a very long shift, she remembered to call me back that evening and process the refund. Top level customer service!

Fantastic experience: I'm rating the Venue for a birthday pool party. All the staff made it unforgettable and amazing for us. Big thank you to Eric and Chloe, the three receptionists and the Cafe team that looked after us. The food portions were very generous and well presented. I recommend adding coffee and tea for the grownups, they loved it. We will definitely book the whole package again. And in the meantime, we will keep coming to the soft play area which is also fantastic, spacious and very clean.

Fantastic experience: Been my gym for about 3 years and loved it thus far ! The team is very friendly and helpful. Communicating promptly where needed and always very cordial. The classes are wonderful and the trainers very caring. Worth it's price, def recommended!

Fantastic experience: Biiiiiig car park, so no parking hassles. Great 25 m multiplane pool. From morning till evening lane and public swim...check website for specifics. Entry fee for non members using facility is £3.50 and take parking slip for refund to reception. Children's pool has fitness classes too. Cafe food is good and there is an indoor play area beside for toddlers. Only downside is the high street traffics can be slow at midday onwards...but having said that takes about 10 mins to get through it..

Fantastic experience: Love this venue. Pool is always clean and although it can be a little busy at times, it doesn't feel packed and there is always lots of space for swimming and play. Changing rooms are clean and staff are always around if there is a problem. Great little cafe for a bite to eat after a swim or a coffee.

Fantastic experience: Swimming pool: soft play: coffee shop and a few one off activities for my grandchildren. It has never been overcrowded but always a good flow of children and adults. A very pleasant place for a couple of hours of activity

Fantastic experience: A brilliant place to take the kids to . The softplay area kept them enthralled for hours and hours . They also contribute to the parking . They also have a swimming pool as well as a comprehensive gym .

Fantastic experience: Great pool, odd swimming changing facilities ( its unisex and we couldn't find showers for after the swim. Gym facilities look great. Lots of classes on offer including Les Mills. Will be moving membership here soon.

Fantastic experience: Great place to send the kids to burn off their energy. 2 soft play areas (one small and one larger) and a heated swimming pool with a special kiddie section. Brilliant! P.S - A lovely cafe to relax and reenergise to as well.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very friendly however the pool too cold and crowded I have to juggle to find times when is less busy, and no proper hair dryers so should have plugs so I can bring my own dryer. But based on facilities they have the staff extra helpful and friendly that's why the 5 star.

Fantastic experience: Really nice local leisure centre with 2 swimming pools, soft play, gym etc. The soft play can get booked for birthday parties so best to check beforehand.

Fantastic experience: Have used both the pool and the soft play (both rooms) here. The pool is good with plenty of space and ample changing facilties, especially for families. The soft play is really good and doesn't feel as crazy as some other soft play areas.
