Fantastic experience: I have been a member here since November. It has no sauna or pool but it has enough machines to cover everything I need. The atmosphere in here is pretty good too.

Positive experience: Solid Gym, a large improvement than my previous, everythings aligned nicely and its easy access to the gym via the app. I am going to be using this gym as my only use I am satisfied it has everything I need. Just wish the water fountain put out colder water.

Fantastic experience: I am happy I joined. Lot of space, different areas for free weights and machines (too many cardio for my taste). So far always clean and tidy, not like pure gym where you find weights everywhere or bars loaded with 50kg plus... Nice spacious changing room. Well done.

Fantastic experience: Good gym for a low price. The gym has most of the equipment you’d want. It is a no frills kind of gym so no pool or sauna. But the facilities are nice and clean and there so no long contracts so you can cancel your membership anytime.

Fantastic experience: Great little gym friendly staff and fairly clean. Facial I'd scanner so now annoying codes to remember. Plenty of space in studio and on mats and machines are looked after well.

Fantastic experience: Love this little gym, the box fit PT Jack is great and knows what he's talking about. I have defo seen some improvement over the past few weeks. Plus, great price for students £13 a month so cheap.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym after 2 days of arriving in Bournemouth, the staff are brilliant, always there to help if you have any problems, still enough space to train at peak times, very clean, the membership is also reasonable. Absolutley no complaints. Love the place. Enjoying training again

Fantastic experience: I belong to Better Gym Bournemouth and was pleasantly surprised with the refurbishment that has taken place since I’ve been away. Great space to workout in, new equipment, so all looking good.

Fantastic experience: Well equipped gym been newly refurbished with brand new equipment. Staff are friendly. Prices are very affordable from about £16 a month. Also offers classes.

Fantastic experience: Really good gym. I like how the gym is segmented into departments, free weight room, body building room, machines, cardio and 'functional room' whereby there are weight sledges and alot of open space! The staff are awesome and make you feel at home with a personal trainer always onsite to give you tips. Moreover, the facilities offered are of modern spec with the vicinity being clean and tidy to a high standard. My only downfalls of this gym (very few), are the opening hours, I feel the gym would attract alot more consumers if the place was open 24hrs, local hyper-competition with budget-gym rivals offer flexibility for their customers. I don't see why this is an issue as BetterGym offers 'face recognition as part of its entry network. Other downfalls are the showers are not secluded, I personally like privacy when showering and I feel other members feel the same way (Refurbishment being enforced 2nd July 2018). Other than this, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for casual fitness or for anybody wishing to get in shape whatever your fitness goals may be.

Fantastic experience: I like the facilities from exercise machines, free weights and warm up areas. The inclusion of classes in the price is very attractive. The only downside is that the app for booking does not work. The website does work but can be slow

Fantastic experience: Good value for money place for what it is. Changing rooms aren't the best but passable. They play the worst gym music known to mankind so best bring something to stuff in your ears. The new open space room is great for floor exercises and even if you just did classes alone then it's a bargain. Its just a shame that the entrance now looks like that of a prison.

Fantastic experience: I'm a student at BU university and I have been going to the gym for over a year. The gym definitely gets the job done and is set to have a refurbishment now that better gym have taken over from the old Fitspace company. The staff are really nice at reception and I hope to see them all again when I return after my placement year. No one is at all judgemental towards and there is a large mix of member that go to the gym in regards to age/goals et cetera. Great location with a super market directly above it. Free Parking for 3 hours in the asda car park. Only 13 quid a month its good value for money.
