A caring, patient, approachable, qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor who is passionately committed to helping women to access tailored exercise and fitness training in a supportive and motivational environment.

This is a very different training experience compared to large scale gyms.  I offer small group classes, for women only, with a maximum class size typically ranging between 5 and 8 people.  This is a supportive environment that is not all intimidating and no one need fear embarrassment.

All levels of ability are welcome, ranging from those who have never been to a gym before, those who have trained in the past and want to get fit again, to those who are already in training but would like to try some different fitness training methods.  For example, I offer Boxercise® , TRX® Suspension Training ® and kettlebells.

We train in the single room that you can see in the photograph.  It has a wonderful matted floor and is very private compared to many training environments.

Personal Training sessions are designed to support you in your efforts to achieve your short, medium and long term fitness goals. Personal Training sessions can be One-to-One or One-to-Two.

I loved my Personal Training sessions with Xandra and appreciated her knowledge and ethos.  It was really pitch perfect.  Her sessions were superb and I felt tailor made for me.

Fantastic experience: Xandra’s Sunday morning boxercise classes are a great work out and for all abilities, whether your new or a regular. Xandra is very knowledgeable and welcoming. The ladies that attended are also lovely. I also have PT sessions which are a great price and so enjoyable. I find this style of work out keeps me motivated and excited to come back.

Fantastic experience: I was apprehensive about starting training but with Xandra at my side its been a fun, educational and a supportive experience. Sessions are tailored made to my needs, always a little different and I’ve made great progress. I’m listened to, sessions are paced for me, my goals and health, I can really say that if you are looking for someone who “gets you” in a way that isn’t threatening then Xandra comes highly recommended! I love her 1-1’s!
