Fantastic experience: Great gym, love all the equipment and facillities. You can get away with parking for free on some of the residential roads nearby, but after 10am, there is a chance you might get a ticket since you can only park there for 30 mins. There's also a cafe in the front that does food, smoothies, coffee, etc.

Thanks guys for making this possible.By far the best gym I’ve been to during my time in Bournemouth and the location is just perfect. The ventilation in the gym is impeccable and even in the scorching heat, you can still enjoy a session without fear of almost passing out. I will 100% be recommending to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I came to this gym as I wanted to find a new gym in the Bournemouth area that was good quality and good value for money. Having found 3F gym, I had a free taster session and immediately signed up afterwards! The facilities are incredible and the entire place is very clean. The staff are very friendly and are always there to help me if I need it. I also tried out the boxing class and the trainer was very accommodating to people at all kinds of levels and it was also nice to see a mixture of people in these classes. I would 100% recommend this gym to anyone in the area!
