Fantastic experience: Really clean place and the membership is really worth it. Large choice of activities everyday at every hours who can fit everyone with different schedules. I am really lucky to be close by.

Fantastic experience: Very punctual, very professional, very painful visit. It’s to be expected from a deep tissue massage though. Charlotte made the whole experience easier by having great communication skills throughout. Overall the experience left me feeling much better physically and I would highly recommend that type of treatment to anybody who can handle an elbow in the back.

Fantastic experience: Clean! Compared with Stokewood, this gym plus associated facilities like the loos and changing rooms is well furbished, clean and tidy. Although further away, I'm now going to use this as my main gym.

Fantastic experience: Great pool and facilities, lovely staff. (Almost don't want to give it 5* and keep it a local secret - it can sometimes be hard to book the pool. Very low availability in the learner pool for babies and toddlers)

Positive experience: 1st time here booked in online and turned up for my work out. All the usual equipment cardio all working and some of the resistance machines had seen better days. But plenty of sanitation spray and paper towel to clean down.

Fantastic experience: Nice leisure centre, with good football court's that can be used at a cheap price. It's well maintained with regular cleaning due to covid. The staff are also very friendly and happy to help. ☺️

Fantastic experience: Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Gym induction very professionally given by Marta. Equipment all clean. Lift available to gym for anyone with mobility issues, and accessible toilets. Actual live classes starting soon again, and cafe will be open. Personal trainers available.

Fantastic experience: One of my favourite of the bhlive gyms. The staff are helpful and friendly, there is plenty of cleaning spray and sanitiser and a good variety of machines in the gym. Plus a nice clean pool (with a slightly warmer kids pool). Good variety of classes including bootcamps on the field outside. Football pitches for hire outside and a lovely little cafe.

Fantastic experience: Great system in place still for swimming limiting numbers meaning you can actually find space to swim and play.

Positive experience: The centre is starting to feel a little tired and is in need of attention. Some showers not working and exercise machines malfunctioning from time to time. Very good PT sessions with James though - recommended.

Fantastic experience: Gym contains both strength and cardio equipment. About 50/50 split. Pool is small, but better than not having one. Sauna is fairly large in comparison to some of the other BH Live sites. Access to gym and pool is via barcode. Access to the site can be tricky at peak times, since parts are single lane. 5 a side courts are cheap and well maintained. Facilities are very clean, and staff are always helpful.

Fantastic experience: My little girl does swimming lessons here and she loves it. They even helped me find the best instructor for her and she is very happy

Fantastic experience: I take my baby Swimming here every week and it is very nice , if you want to have a nice peaceful swim with your toddler/ baby this is a greta place to go. it not full of people splashing in the baby pool

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going here, I attend classes, I use the gym and I use the swimming pool for both swimming and aqua fit classes. The staff in the gym are very friendly so if you have a question about how to use a machine they will happily talk you through it. The reception team are all really helpful too, and because of them I now know about the family gym time on a Sunday and will be taking my son later today.

Fantastic experience: I use the gym here and it is always clean and tidy, staff are always willing to help if you require it. Been using this gym for about 4 or 5 years now and never had any problems with it.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities. I take my 3 year old swimming her regularly and also swim on my own here too. The cafe serves sarnies, cakes and hot and cols drinks and is reasonably priced. The addition of the softplay here has made a nice touch too with reasonable prices (£2 for an hour I think?) Edited: We're now doing swimming lessons here and my little girl is loving it. Great teachers. One happy mummy :-)

Fantastic experience: Been since my daughter was 3months old, now 5yrs old. Never got athletes foot, verrucas or usual foot ailments associated with swimming. Friendly staff

Fantastic experience: Great swimming facilities for families. Always nice and clean. Two pools and excellent swim lessons for my daughter.

Fantastic experience: Recently refurbished gym is very nice with facilities for determined training and for causal workouts with internet browsing and videos. Friendly training staff and plentiful classes. Haven't gone further from the gym but overall, very good.
