Fantastic experience: My training was severely missing an old school gym where you can go and just smash your workout, check your physique/progress and be around likeminded respectful people and today I found the perfect place for me to train. Fantastic experience: The owner is a real nice guy who is considerate, helpful and very easy going. This is a strength & bodybuilding gym. Stacks of free weights and machines, albeit, some are not exactly the latest on the market. If your looking for a sawdust bodybuilding gym, this is for you. The machines are tightly fitted together with 3 bikes for cardio work.
