Fantastic experience: The FIT BOX has kept me sane during the lockdown with online workouts and now I’m taking part in the ‘club corona’ 12 week plan. It’s been incredible having so much support from Paul and other members which has helped me stay on track with my better choices. The whole vibe is just so welcoming and supportive I’ve always hated exercise or going to a gym but they make it so easy to do with their easy, warm approach.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to The Fit Box for a few months now and can't recommend it enough. If you are looking for a gym that can cater specifically to your individual fitness requirements or to get stuck into some group classes this is the place. Everyone is welcoming and the instructors are brilliant.
