PHX GYM Brighton

Positive experience: One of best equipped gyms I have ever been to. Shame I'm not local. My only small comment is that the changing rooms are too small, there are no lockers so don't take anything of value and there are only 2 shower cubicles and 1 tiny sink to wash your hands in for all the lads to share. All in all its a fair trade off, the equipment is amazing.

Fantastic experience: Have just been up to PHX for the first time. As a veteran weightlifter of 35 years with recently diagnosed spinal issues, this gym is absolutely amazing. The calibre of equipment (especially for legs in my case) is unsurpassed by any gym I’ve seen outside of the US or Canada. Vibe in the gym is really friendly, relaxed and inclusive. Everything starts with excellent customer service and that was definitely true at the front desk today. Very much looking forward to coming back for a “spine safe” leg day in the near future. Nice work guys. 10/10 :)

Fantastic experience: SIMPLY THE BEST GYM IN BRIGHTON. This is the showcase gym of Panatta in the UK and anyone that understand gyms would really appreciate it. Michele is the best

Fantastic experience: Perfect gym for me - they focus very much on range of equipment rather than other amenities. E.g. I would never take a shower here, the male changing rooms don't even have a door handle, but they make up for it with the equipment.

Fantastic experience: Slightly biased as I am a self employed Personal Trainer that works at PHX Gym. However this gym has the best equipment on offer in East Sussex.

Fantastic experience: Amazing looking gym

Positive experience: The equipment is brilliant, there is enough to ensure you are able to complete your workout during busy times. The staff are always pleasant, which is always a big factor for me in any service environment. It was slightly frustrating having to request a refund for an overpayment and provide my details on multiple occasions over a three week period - however the problem arose from my own fault. I've listened to slow rap music for a large portion of my life, however I don't tend to find it particularly motivating whilst working out - a prominent genre of music in PHX. My time at PHX was very brief due to my stint in Brighton lasting only two months, however I am overall very pleased I made the choice to join this gym, and would thoroughly recommend.

Positive experience: Ive only been once, the staff were helpful, but it was overly busy at that time 7pm ish Good selection of machines though and free weights , cost 7 pound to usefacilities , id prefer to pay a fiver or 30 a month myself.

Fantastic experience: Wow what a gym! Fantastic new equipment along with mega friendly staff. Extremely clean and well maintained as well! Great atmosphere so this gym is fantastic not only just for regular people but for competitive people such as myself! Only 1 grovel is that the bars are very generic so for bench pressing/squatting the olympic bars sre not the best but it doesn't take away from how good this gym is! Very affordable as well!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at this gym for 6 months and it's absolutly incredible. Unrivaled range of high quality equipment and huge amounts of space, it never feels too busy. Really friendly staff and members, not at all intimidating. Brighton is very lucky to have a gym like this, if you havn't checked it out you're missing out!
