One of my proudest personal achievements was completing the 2011 Brighton Marathon despite the medical profession telling me as a child that due to a spinal condition I should never run. Oh and I did it barefoot! A major part of the journey for me is learning to balance advice and listening to my own body as well as setting challenging goals to over come. I can honestly say that at 41 years young I am stronger, more able, deal with less back problems, happier and do more tricks with my body than ever before. My passion is to share some of  my knowledge and to empower you on your journey to wellness, happiness and all out celebration of this amazing gift of body that we have.

Fantastic experience: Neilon is an amazing, one-of-a-kind PT who really understands and wants the best for your health. Since starting with him a few months ago I've seen real results in my physique and actually look forward to each session. A mixture of motivational, structured physical work balanced with great ideas for how I can improve my overall wellbeing in every day life. No hesitation in recommending.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy the weekly 121 sessions that I started with Neilon last year after having to stop Crossfit due to knee and other issues. Neilon uses his extensive and holistic knowledge of the body to ensure a really good workout that strengthens rather than exacerbates areas of weakness. There’s plenty of variety to make the sessions interesting and and a good level of challenge.

Fantastic experience: Neilon has worked with my teenage son for 15 sessions now. I have to say he has made a great difference to my son's confidence and his fitness and all over health have really benefited. My son really enjoys going and comes home positive. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Neilon was very knowledgable and patient when helping me to train handstands. I’ve been taught by him for five years in group sessions and hes a brilliant teacher, but also in a 1:1 setting he really excels. Very focused on his client and their goals.

Fantastic experience: Neilon has helped me kick start my fitness goals after a long period of ill health and related complications of brain cancer. His knowledge of anatomy and physiology, coupled with a supportive and holistic approach has really enabled me to reach my goals. Fantastic experience: I train with Neilon a minimum of 3 times a week. He is a very focused and attentive PT. He really focuses on achieving goals. He understands the human anatomy and always spends time stretching you out. Since working with him I have seen real results and better posture.
