They lost such confidence over lockdown but since swimming lessons have started back up again they are both thriving and have come on in leaps and bounds. Thanks to the amazing swimming teachers. We can't wait to take them on holiday and into the ocean with their new found confidence.

Fantastic experience: Just joined up, love the women's only gym. Outdoor pool is supposedly heated but it's freezing. Indoor pool always seems to have children's lessons which takes up a good chunk of the pool, some rowdy kids in there bombing, pool is not manned, could also do with some updating. All other facilities fantastic.

Fantastic experience: A very friendly health club, it has an atmosphere all of its own. Very friendly and helpful staff and other members very welcoming. Lots of amenities to use or just have a cupper.

Fantastic experience: Wing Chun kung fu every Sunday afternoon 4 till 6. Easy going friendly bunch. Everyone welcome. Paul Blissett runs the club & says Wing Chun is probably the only martial art where you get better the older you get.

Best for kids & Mum's during the day with fast high density Squash League after work leaving Gym & Pool Facilities quiet & relaxed. This is the best kept Pool this side of Braintree both inside & out.
