I received a very friendly welcome when I arrived at the gym from Josh. I only wanted to keep ticking over during the week and the gym has everything you will need, including some cracking old school equipment. If your a gym user and in Falmouth get in touch with Josh.

The other people that use the gym are fantastic in helping too. It's refreshing to go to a gym and not getting judged and criticised by the "ultra elite" or "gym bros".. lovely staff and great members too. Thank you
