Fantastic experience: Much improved since I last went a few years ago. Great swimming pool, much improved changing rooms, big studio for classes. Richard Spin bicycle classes are legendary. Take part & raise your hear rate & have fun!

Positive experience: Pretty good. The changing area is quite basic: it feels like an old school changing room but I can see that individual cubicles wouldn’t be possible with the space and money available. The lockers take a 20p but it’s okay to leave belongings poolside. For me, the temperature of the water was too warm though. Interestingly, it’s more expensive to swim in Helston (£6) than the Olympic pool in the London Aquatics Centre (£5.35). Apart from that, great! I’ll definitely go back.

Positive experience: Had not gone swimming in a while and this was a lovely place to re-start. I went in the evening and it was very peaceful and the pool was rather warm however the showers could do with a looking at as they kept turning off however other than that. Splendid time!

Fantastic experience: Great place to get fit the staff are super helpful and accommodating. Brilliant swimming pool and top of the range gym for general fitness and weight training. But I wish the Monday morning 1hr yoga class was a bit longer though, as do others.

Fantastic experience: I've only used the swimming pool, so can't comment on the gym. The pool is great for length training, and taking your kids. The staff are all professional and friendly. The pool is always clean and has a nice temperature

Fantastic experience: Great place. Great swimming. Gym and keep fit area. Showers and changing rooms with toilets. Parking sometimes tight when college or sports centre busy. Child minding on site but no details known.
