Great to be bk at energie fitness basildon. It wasn't busy and everything was clean and tidy, the instructors was cleaning the machines every half hour but I noticed members were also cleaning as was I. Nice and friendly place being a larger woman I was made to feel comfortable and not looked at.

Today I was in the club doing my Squats and deadlifts, I felt a slight niggle in my knee that I had surgery on back in 2013, got speaking to Brad and he showed me some great tips with resistance bands on how I can strengthen my muscles around my knees after my main workout and just want to say what a great guy brad is he literally went out of his way to take me through 10 minutes of band training...what a gent!!! 5 star service Cheers Brad
