Fantastic experience: Never been made to feel so welcome and looked after in any other gym. I've trained at a lot of gyms and never had this level of attention paid to everybody, nobody was left out and we all got time with the instructor. We'll maintained, friendly, and happy to teach you things that you're interested in personally, even if that's not the main focus of the class. I asked to be taught some wrestling sit outs etc, and this was in a BJJ class. He had no problem accommodating me and showing me some wrestling, great stuff.
