Fantastic experience: I had always felt intimidated by fitness classes and having a PT seemed like an alien concept to me. But then I was introduced to Ali and Beth at The Courtyard and they have changed everything for me. Since starting with them I have not only developed a love for fitness and a determination to better myself but I have finally, after many years, found myself feeling comfortable with my body. Now 2 stone down, I have realised that there is no such thing as the perfect body and The Courtyard has helped me to love who I am whilst becoming healthier and happier than I've ever been. This is entirely down to the culture that they have both worked so hard to create at The Courtyard. It is an incredibly supportive environment where you'll find that the classes are tailored to all, no matter your ability or confidence level. You will supported in reaching your goals. Ali's personal training sessions are outstanding and she brings humour and warmth to all her classes whilst still supporting you to achieve your best. Not only have I gained a new love of fitness and an understanding of how to create a healthier lifestyle but I have gained a whole new community and a multitude of friendships which I wholeheartedly feel part of and supported by. From Body Combat to Tabata, there is a class available for everyone and with Beth's fantastic yoga sessions, I feel like I am able to work on both my physical and my mental health. I leave every session buzzing with enthusiasm and cannot wait until I'm back for another one. I would, and do, recommend The Courtyard to everyone. It is the very best place to be with the very best people. I feel lucky to be a part of their community.
