Fantastic experience: My daughter is very picky and trainer Sarah is lovely, they got on immediately which is rare for my daughter!! There is wheelchair access, her sessions have been adapted accordingly as she can't stand up and the gym is well equipped. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Real friendly old school vibe to the gym. Great place for beginners and advanced boxers. Very realistic approach to training with no shortcuts involved. The coaches are very supportive and give honest advice and feedback plus this gym is never short of banter which is always a good thing.

Fantastic experience: Really found the gym and the coach very thorough and appraised my training well. The gym is modern and well set out and good to use and equipment of various types in good and well maintained condition. I was very satisfied with the training coaching and use of the gym and would definitely recommend it to other boxing and combat sport enthusiasts where they'd be guided and coached to a high standard
