Fantastic experience: The most welcoming, professional, attentive gym. Since my children have joined their confidence has increased dramatically, they have made many new friends and are so excited to wear the TKO uniform each lesson. All the staff are super supportive, Colin especially. Very proud to be part of the TKO Elite team!

Fantastic experience: Came here during my holiday just for a hobby, but it’s taken me not even a month to feel like I’m a real member of the gym. All the instructors and students are extremely welcoming and you feel like you learn so much in the lessons. Absolutely great for people who have never picked up gloves before, would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Started training here since March 2022 (after 8 years of no martial arts training), it can always be abit awkward/embarrassing to start again/start at an older age (30s) but everyone at the gym is very friendly and there's a welcoming atmosphere but the training is a serious workout and a good balance of cardio and kickboxing technique and having tried a few places in the Medway area, TKO Elite is the best value! Thanks to all the team!

Fantastic experience: I’m Katie a black belt in Karate but I have also been training here with Colin for over 15 years, the instructors and students are amazing. It’s so nice to be able to train with lots of different people throughout the week and there are always happy smiley faces from tots, juniors and seniors. I’d highly recommend TKO Elite to anyone wanting to get fit, make new friends and over all enjoy your training. Classes are packed, showing the quality, and Instructors are friendly and try to make time for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I came to try kickboxing and joined the basic adults class. It is very dynamic, a lot of running and exercises combined with punches and kicks. I didn't see the advanced or kids lessons.

All members were able to continue their training over the whole of lockdown. Our daughter hasn’t missed a beat. I’m sure other parents and members feel the same

Warren and Colin are very professional and invested. I dont see myself in any other gym.

Fantastic experience: Quality gym with outstanding instructors. I used to attend the boxing classes, had no experience, but with the guidance of the instructor Warren, I had to 2 white collar bouts. Brilliant place to go to get fit, meet great people and build confidence.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism My 6yr old daughter started at TKO 2 weeks ago, from day one it’s been nothing but a professional experience. Two sessions a week is not enough for my daughter she would go every night if she could she absolutely loves it! Keep up the great work Team TKO!

Fantastic experience: TKO elite is more than just a gym and all students learn more than just a sport. My 3 children have attended TKO which has helped them with self discipline, academic success, mental health issues, fitness, mental focus. I can not recommend TKO highly enough. Each student goes at there own paces achieving their own goals. Outstanding club

He has gone from hanging onto my leg to running into the front door on his own. The help and support as well as teaching motivation and life skills is first class. Thank you for all you have done for my son.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this gym for two years now, as a female going into boxing it can feel quite intimidating and daunting. I have to say I’ve never felt that way and I have always been welcomed and treated as an equal. It’s clean, great communication and the trainers are professional and a great crack to also lessons are hard working and great fun. It’s Like to say I’ve added a new little family !!
