Fantastic experience: this gym saved my life i was 17 when i joined i lost 3 stone in 3 months it was worth it so worth it. the staff are nice and no what there doing the running machines are great so is all the other equipment.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't fault them son started up a membership that he decided not to continue for personal reasons and they were extremely understanding and sorted this promptly for this I would advise they are worth trying for A* customer service and politeness you don't find that many places now ..

Fantastic experience: I have used numerous gyms over the years, from David Lloyd to American military bases in foreign parts, and this gym offers everything I need at a sensible price. This is a true gym-goers' gym. No fancy nonsense, no cafe, pool or lounge area, but rather everything you actually need to build strength and cardiovascular fitness. The staff were friendly and supportive with good levels of knowledge. I was new to the town and they made me feel really welcome. The approach to Covid 19 was sensible and seemed safe, with lots of cleaning materials, well-spaced equipment and a limited numbers. I strongly recommend this gym if you want to get strong and/or fit.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of a number of Gyms in this area and owned a gym also. We recently joined Atlas and have been very impressed with the broad spectrum of classes and gym facilities available. All the Coaches are well qualified and prepare a variety of classes to suit most ages. We are really enjoying our time here and have been made to feel very welcome.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in the area, 24/7, awesome staff and everything you can need. At times it can get a bit busy but as long as you know to avoid Monday/Tuesday 5PM-8PM you'll be fine.
