Fantastic experience: I joined UP at the start of summer after having finished my first year of uni where I was doing half hearted gym sessions and eating whatever I wanted. Starting at UP gave me structure and discipline both in my training and diet and it allowed me to get into the best shape of my life. My trainer Josh was brilliant throughout the whole experience and really pushed me in each and every session and aided me through the dieting process. I’ve loved my UP experience and the physique I now have because of it!

Fantastic experience: After over 10 years with previous PT’s who would just pop me on the treadmill and cross trainer to focus on hiit and cardio, I started to get frustrated that my body wasn’t changing despite spending hours doing cardio fat burn per week. I decided to join UP on the 12 week body transformation. I am now 10 weeks in and have lost 7kg and back at the same weight pre children and on track to hit the goal set at the start of the transformation. I cannot thank my personal trainer Adam enough. He has been nothing but supportive,encouraging and pushed me when I have needed it. He really took the time to understand my lifestyle/strengths and weaknesses and because of that he knows how to keep me focused, motivated and on track. His knowledge on nutrition and how the body works in order to achieve maximum results have been amazing, he has completely re-educated me on my own nutrition and what works for my body. He is a true professional that always goes above and beyond, each session is hard work but enjoyable and worth it. If you want real sustainable results with a trainer that understands nutrition and body composition aswell as just the number on the scales, then I would recommend UP Cheshire. Fantastic experience: I‘m 6 weeks into my program with a few weeks break in between due to travel over Christmas, etc, and am really happy with my progress - half way in my program and already have lost 70% of my target weight loss plus feeling stronger and more confident to do sports that previously I had little endurance or strength to perform comfortably. Adam has been a great motivator and support, helping me keep my eye on my goals whilst advising me through moments where I have questions or doubts about my nutrition or any other aspects of the program. Initially I was a bit worried it would be some kind of „bootcamp“, however, the journey with UP has been truly bespoke and focused on the needs of the individual client. It enables me to know what to do even if I am away, which is the formula to maintaining what has been achieved. The facilities at UP and app are top notch. I really like the personal approach of every session, and the variety to balance the workout. I‘m looking forward to seeing where I am in the next 6 weeks. Fantastic experience: I joined UP in April 2022 to try get in shape for a big birthday at the end of the year. I was really nervous starting and absolutely hated my first few weeks going. Olivia, my PT really helped me in not only losing weight, getting toned and gaining knowledge of nutrition she really helped me in my confidence and gave me courage to keep pushing myself and carry on going. Fantastic experience: On recent advice by a Neurosurgeon to “very carefully” lose over 2 stone to help with my lower back disc problems I discovered Ultimate Performance, Cheshire conveniently located near my office. From the moment I stepped foot in the gym I found it to be a very welcoming and reassuring setting. After an initial consultation with Dan, who gave me confidence that they would be able to help with my goal whilst working around my injury, I signed up on the day! I was assigned Sally as a Personal Trainer who carried out a thorough consultation resulting in a tailored programme to achieve my goal over the coming months. Due to a holiday commitment, I had the pleasure of training with multiple personal trainers (Graeme, Adam, Paul & Dan) whilst Sally was away, all of whom stuck to the programme and the underlying training philosophy of Ultimate Performance whilst bringing their own friendly personalities and professional drive to the sessions. By the time Sally returned, I had lost almost a stone on her programme and since then we have lost 2 stone in 8 weeks. What struck me most during my time at Ultimate Performance is the genuine encouragement and care from all the personal trainers from messages via the app to the support and delight they shared as I progressed – there is a palpable family feel about the place. It doesn’t matter which trainer you are assigned; they are all truly amazing people! I continue my journey towards my final goal knowing I have made one of the best decisions of my life yet feel an impending sense of sadness that it will ultimately end, once I get there.

Fantastic experience: I’m in my 7th week of training at UP and the experience so far has been really good. The gym is well equipped and all the staff are friendly and supportive. Adam, my trainer, has been great. He has really helped me to understand nutrition and make a radical change in my eating habits. This is really paying off in weight loss results. His training sessions are challenging but enjoyable. He quickly understood how to use his special blend of challenge, support and humour to motivate me and ensures I give 100% in every session. His check in messages between sessions are helpful to keep focused on my goals and I can feel and see results. Fantastic experience: As a result of a stressful job and the lockdown I had gradually gained weight. I found it difficult to motivate myself to get to the gym. It all got easier once I joined Ultimate Performance! I’ve been training with Laura Blease for almost 3 months, and believe she is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. Laura is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging, fun and enjoyable. Laura always ensures that my technique and form is correct to avoid any injuries. Laura is extremely supportive and reliable. Beside the 1:1 session, Laura also checks (via UP app) my nutrition, N.E.A.T (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) & recovery is on track- this keep me accountable for my long term goal and ensures I don’t go off track. With Laura’s guidance, my fitness has increased noticeably, I’m closer to my ultimate body goal, I’ve seen improvements in my ability to lift more weight and do more reps & generally push myself harder throughout each session. Fantastic experience: Cheshire UP has been nothing short of life changing for me. All my trainer is amazing and has such an approachable manner, and puts me through my paces. I have achieved results and continuing to do so. I actually enjoy working out now and it’s all because UP is the first place where having a PT session doesn’t fill me with dread(and that despite them being hard core). Fantastic experience: I was really struggling to find any motivation for exercise, and had fallen in to an unhealthy pattern. I had been past UP Cheshire over several months, although I was reluctant to go in as I had no experience of personal training, using weights, or in fact any equipment in a gym. I finally took the step, and from my first visit felt very welcomed and encouraged, and signed up to a 12 week plan initially. My goals were not solely about weight loss or a particular appearance, I really wanted to overhaul my lifestyle, improve my overall health and how I felt about myself. UP were able to help me define my goals and provide me with a tailored approach for all that is entailed for me to achieve them. All of the trainers are friendly and it’s clear they work as a close knit team. My trainer Paul Longfield has been exceptionally encouraging and supportive, and I feel he has been with me every step of the way. I have been guided on every exercise and have learnt how to do things safely and effectively. I have never really considered macros or thought about balanced nutrition before, and I have gained an invaluable understanding of all of this too. My experience at UP has provided me with the accountability and routine that I needed, in non-judgemental environment. I’ve been able to fit in the sessions around my shift work, and have really appreciated the keeping in touch via the app outside of the sessions. On every occasion Paul has found a way to make each session an enjoyable experience, and continually motivates me to find those extra reps! Now that I have reached my initial goals, I feel motivated to continue on my trajectory long term with the help of UP. I can’t thank Paul enough for all that he has helped me with so far.

Fantastic experience: I don't normally write reviews, in fact, I never do. But, i felt compelled to make the effort to write one for this, as this is one of the best experiences in my life, and by far the best personal training I've had. 10 weeks ago I started with Adam Newton, having previously broken my back in 2 places, had a discectomy, and also slipped 2 other discs in the last 2 years. So, as you can imagine, I was very nervous starting something like this, as the testimonial photos give you the impression from Day One that you'll be lifting double your body weight and sprinting on treadmills for 2 hours. It couldn't be further from the truth in my case, Adam and the team have put together a programme specific to my injuries and goals, and have shown nothing but respect, care, patience & collaboration. It's the approach that has been second to none, we're in this for the long-run together, not to get a 6 pack and big muscles overnight, the plan is to re-build, and instill confidence in me so that I can train for the rest of my life, and be able to run around with my wife & kids for as long as possible. I'm also truly grateful to Steve, the General Manager, for pairing me up with Adam. I'm a chatterbox, and he's a dedicated professional, who although has a great personality and fairly decent banter, he stops me in my tracks when I'm looking to procrastinate and chat with him, and instead, pushes me as far as I can go without injury. The team are a warm, friendly and kind group, and always say hi to you when you arrive, I highly recommend Adam Newton & the team - this has so far been life-changing for me, and I can't wait to see what shape I get into when I complete my transformation at week 22. 5*

Fantastic experience: I am around 9 weeks into my transformation with up and it has been by far the best gym atmosphere and Personal training I've come across everyone is friendly and welcoming and In the first 2 weeks alone I noticed massive changes in my body and energy levels. I've learnt more in 9 weeks about diet and training than I have done in over 12 years of gym work by myself and with other trainers.. Fantastic experience: Laura was my trainer throughout my program, I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and she enabled me to achieve all my fitness goals during my time at Ultimate Performance. Fantastic experience: I decided to try UP Cheshire having struggled to lose weight, now in my early 50's it was slightly daunting but my experience has been nothing but positive and I am currently six weeks into my bespoke program. I have lost more than 8 kg so far and feel stronger and healthier, utilising the nutrition plan and three PT sessions per week. The main difference I have found is the combined and tailored approach of nutrition and training with Laura my PT who has been a wonderful support and inspiration and has given me the confidence to know the plan will work and the goals can and will be achieved. Her guidance and knowledge has kept me on track both in the gym and by keeping in touch when needed outside of hours, adjusting issues on the way - I feel she has given me the tools to enable this to happen and this has given me full confidence to keep going, she has been amazing. The gym is really welcoming and I am thoroughly enjoying my time there.

Fantastic experience: My UP journey has quite simply been life changing. In October last year I was 3 stone overweight, unhealthy, stressed and my mental health wasn’t in great shape. Being a business owner working long hours had taken its toll on my health. I was not prioritising my health and needed professional support to get me back on the right track. I joined UP with no expectations and I can honestly say it was a great decision. Coming from a sporting background I had/have various injuries including an ACL knee injury, shoulder injury and felt like an old man. Paul Longfield my PT designed a program that got me to my goal but also he adapted my program to suit my various injuries so that they wouldn’t hinder my progress. Paul is a fantastic PT who takes his clients goals very seriously, he is enthusiastic, motivated and focused and you can tell from the offset that he is dedicated and committed to his clients. He checks in regularly with you via a fantastic UP app to ensure you are in track to hit your goals. This is very helpful as I was only able to attend the UP gym twice a week due to my work commitments. I recommend UP Cheshire to achieve life changing results and Paul Longfield as a PT.

Fantastic experience: Having relaxed my eating habits during lockdown I decided to do something about it. Max was excellent and supportive through my training and change of diet and monitored me throughout my 9 week programme. As a result I feel considerably more energised, have dropped 13% body weight, added muscle but importantly I have achieved the goal I had set myself at the start. Fantastic experience: As someone who’d not done resistance training or gym workouts before, I was afraid of how I’d be treated and whether I’d really get any benefit. I shouldn’t have worried; all the trainers are friendly and supportive; there is a real focus on your whole health and not just strength training; and the results have been great! My trainer (Sally) has been brilliant for giving me encouragement at the right times and pushing me when I needed it, giving me greater self-belief that I can take on increasingly challenging workouts. She’s also shared important insights into why I’m doing particular workouts, where they are intended to build muscle and strength, or why my diet needs changing one way or another. It’s been a real education and definitely worth the time and money.

Fantastic experience: What can I say - I have a mixture of happiness and sadness at the same time. Happy because of the great results I have achieved but sad because my 12 weeks is almost up. My trainer Max has been brilliant - he has directed, corrected and motivated me to get the results. When I started the programme I looked at the pictures on the wall and asked "how do they really get those results?" And he said "just stick to the plan"! He couldn't have said it any simpler. Fantastic experience: I started at UP Cheshire at the end of October last year with only a small degree of hope that I could get fitter before I get much older. I have never gone in to a programme with so little expectation in terms of weight loss, fat loss, body recomposition, mainly due to going through the menopause and I just knew I needed help. My PT, Paul Longfield is exceptional, he’s patient and as invested in my achievements as I am. He pushes me in ways that are encouraging and has made this journey amazing for me. I’m around 20kg down and my body is changing shape in a way I never expected. I’ve been ultra focused on following Pauls advice on nutrition and his guidance on moving more outside of the gym. The support outside of the gym is excellent too with Paul available to answer any dumb questions I have. The gym itself is great, all of the team are friendly and they really encourage everyone to do things they never thought possible. I wholeheartedly recommend UP Cheshire to anyone, I’m in the best shape of my life and I hit a milestone birthday this year; 60 and do so knowing that I’m fitter, slimmer, and transformed in more ways than just body recomposition.

Fantastic experience: I am just over 3 weeks into my transformation and the experience so far has been epic! I selected U.P to help me as they have a proven methodology and approach to health, well-being and body transformation. I am lucky enough to be working with Adam Newton (real life legend!) who is educating me on every session, with nutrition, exercise technique and pushing me to my capabilities. I feel very confident in the approach and am already starting to see the results. The gym has top of the range equipment and with the 1-2-1 nature of the sessions you are never waiting for equipment. Fantastic experience: Adam at UP Cheshire has been absolutely fantastic throughout my month of training so far. The gym is clean and well equipped, but the real point of difference between this and other places is the detailed monitoring and feedback from your trainer. In my case, Adam Newton has been 10/10. He has been able to shape the training and nutrition around my difficult schedule and social commitments, and also manage my previous back and knee injuries and we are already seeing results from this. I couldn't recommend him or the gym enough, and look forward to seeing what the next 2 months bring in terms of results. If you are looking for proper results then I would head to UP Cheshire without thinking twice about it.

Fantastic experience: Having looked at UP two years ago, I joined last November. I've lost 20 pounds, can do ten chin-ups and feel the best at 47 since my early 30s. My trainer, Paul Longfield, is the secret ingredient. He pushed me daily - and was there for me when I wanted to give up. It's through Paul's motivation and goal setting that I lost another 10lbs. Fantastic experience: Wow! What an amazing place UP Cheshire is. You will not regret signing up! It is without a doubt, the best thing I have done for myself, both physically and mentally. Having had personal training for the best part of 20 years at various gyms, I can honestly say that this is by far the most superior experience to date by a mile. I signed up after lockdown weight got the better of me and I lost my fitness mojo. My trainer Paul was brilliant and built a programme according to the results I wanted to achieve. The attention to detail was second to none. Paul made sure that each and every rep counted and that I was hitting PB's and progressing every session. He also created an individual meal plan and checked in regularly to make sure that it was appropriate and in line with my goals. The accountability, support and and motivation that Paul has shown has been invaluable to my progress and it is exactly what I needed. The results speak for themselves - all lockdown weight gone, muscle definition is back and more, but most importantly I have my confidence and self-esteem back. Personal training at UP just doesn't compare to any other gym. It's completely different and is most definitely the creme de la creme!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had the best experience at U.P. Cheshire. Having just finished my 12 week transformation, I can honestly say I’ve loved every minute! I’ve had many gym memberships over the years and barely used them. Due to confidence and motivation. Training at U.P has completely changed my love for fitness. The gym and facilities are fantastic. I have muscle definition, my energy levels are up, I have much more confidence in myself. Most of all, I am no longer suffering with lower back pain. When I started, I could barely lean over to put my own socks on! Laura has helped massively in adapting my training programme. Each session is enjoyable and she is obviously very passionate about what she does. I am looking forward to setting new goals and couldn’t recommend U.P Cheshire highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Personal training at UP Cheshire has been one of the best things I've ever spent my money on. My PT, Laura, has not only helped me lose over 1.5 stone so far but I'm also starting to build some curves and definition that I've always wanted but have never been able to achieve myself even when I was much younger and "leaner". Laura is incredibly supportive, takes the time to educate me in respect of how and why we do certain exercises as well with nutrition too and she coaches me through any difficulties that are impacting upon my goal. I love how she knows and pushes me to my true 100% maximum output in the gym rather than my perceived 100% output. I truly feel like she is just as, if not more, invested in my transformation than I am. She really is brilliant all-round! With that said, all the trainers at UP Cheshire are friendly, warm and supportive and are always more than happy to give a few words of encouragement on that last rep! I thought training at UP Cheshire would be a daunting experience but that really couldn't have been further from the truth. I've really enjoyed every session and that I'm achieving the results I've always wanted in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed the first 12 weeks of training at U.P Cheshire so much I have enrolled for more! As you would expect the gym is well equipped, clean and the changing areas are good but what sets it apart from the competition is the atmosphere which is professional but welcoming and friendly and the support from Adam (my trainer). Adam has been brilliant at supporting me throughout my journey, on the gym floor he is confident and knowledgeable, but outside of sessions he is consistent with checking in with me, encouraging me to keep on track with nutrition and activities outside of our sessions. Can’t recommend it enough, thanks Adam

Fantastic experience: We all have our own goals, and for the last 18 sessions I've been working towards mine, after dropping to my goal weight within 15 sessions, I'm now on my way to shaping things as part of phase 2 - a few more pounds, and a bit of muscle toning and I'll be in a better place physically, emotionally and so much healthier! Fantastic experience: I wanted to work with a professional trainer that I could be confident would develop a resistance training programme to supplement my running training, whilst giving me the nutritional advice that I needed throughout. Adam was able to work towards my performance goal so that within a few months I was able to change my relatively unhealthy lifestyle and achieve my 35 min 10k target. The conditioning in the gym and the intensity of sessions are something that even the most disciplined athletes wouldn't be able to achieve on their own. 5 star!

Fantastic experience: Wow what a transformation (still in progress too). I’ve always been into exercise and the gym, and I had reached a spot where I couldn’t quite achieve what I was looking for anymore. I have been training with Jack to really help drive me further than ever before and I’ve seen some great results so far. I am working towards my wedding next summer and so we have even further to go! Professional environment which strikes the perfect balance of motivation and friendliness. Jack has been a wonderful trainer, that I can now call a friend too!

Fantastic experience: A life changing choice I took 3 months ago after contemplating for years on whether to try UP and if it was worth it. After my first baby was born, I was constantly fatigued and increased in weight (90KG) which I wasn't too pleased about. Finally had the courage to take a leap of faith and start the UP Virtual training. My trainer was Paul Longfield who was patient, understanding, encouraging, persistent, motivational and professional just to name a few. I was placed on a life changing diet together with training virtually with him and gradually went down in weight, increased in Muscle Mass and Energy. I've now developed a life changing habit and turned a new leaf. I'm now 78KG and enjoying my new lifestyle not just for my sake but for my family. I encourage whoever is contemplating taking this step to take the step and you will be pleased... #NoPainNoGain.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a cheshire-based personal trainer and came across Ultimate Performance, which was conveniently located between my office and home. I have always wanted to get fitter and after numerous attempts of joining gyms, going for 1-2 months and then dropping off without noticing a change, I felt I needed some accountability and guidance to ensure I met my fitness goals. My fantastic trainer Graham Angus has managed to help me lose nearly 2 stone since I first joined 3 months ago through a combination of weight training and nutritional guidance and I could not be happier with the results. As a keen runner, I have shaved nearly 5 mins of my times! For anyone sceptical or unsure about joining, I would encourage you to do it as it will change your life and is 100% worth the investment in time and money.

Fantastic experience: I'm 14 weeks into my training and UP have already given me a level of fitness I never thought possible. My PT, Paul, has supported and guided me every step of the way, from nutrition to working out safely and effectively. I've enjoyed every session. The gym is clean and welcoming, the PTs are all friendly and supportive. I look and feel healthier than ever. Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience with UP. I wanted to start doing some strength training to improve my running but as a complete novice in gyms, was looking for some help and support in doing this. UP was a really great choice and I've seen tremendous benefits and improvements. The atmosphere at UP was friendly and supportive. My trainer was professional enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to be encouraging and positive. I can't speak too highly of the experience at UP and the team who looked after me, so well done all and thoroughly recommended

Fantastic experience: I’ve honestly been so impressed with Ultimate Performance Cheshire. The training sessions with Adam are excellent, as is the nutritional and overall support he gives. I’ve lost over a stone in weight already and am well on track to hit my overall personal targets in the next eight weeks. Getting to a weight and fitness level I’ve not hit for circa 20 years! The facilities and the app are great. It’s motivating any simple to stick to. Well worth the investment.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with my PT Laura at UP Cheshire for 11 weeks now and I can honestly say she is a remarkable professional. I didn't think it was possible to achieve the results I have had in such a short time. She has made the entire experience enjoyable and easy by way of her coaching and motivation. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at UP Cheshire for three months now and I can’t recommend it enough. The gym has such a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere and the staff are extremely professional. I’ve been training with Laura Blease three times a week and it’s been tough but really rewarding. I’ve lost over a stone in weight and I feel fantastic. Laura is a tremendous trainer! She is so professional and knowledgable and keeps in contact with me outside the gym sessions via the UP app to help with any dietary questions I have or to give me extra motivation. She has been very vigilant throughout my training sessions sanitising the equipment before I use it. I’ve felt very safe training during the pandemic. I could not recommend UP Cheshire enough and especially PT Laura Blease.

Fantastic experience: I have always wanted to have a great body shape but because training at gym on my own didn’t get me the result as fast as I needed it , I used to stop it after a short while. Till I get to know the UP Cheshire and things did work out for me this time as fast as I needed it. the gym is reasonable size and lively. The intensity of training sessions is just great and I felt safe pushing the boundaries without fear of injuring myself. It felt like I was in safe hands. Just after the first month the results were vivid; very vivid. Ultimately I went down to 9% body fat from 20% within 8 weeks and even my body transformation programme is now finished it has imparted a series of health habits in me that would last for life. Thank you Jack Fawley and the UP team at Cheshire.

Fantastic experience: To start, a great team and environment. It’s been 4 weeks since I started and I can already see a great difference in myself. I have not just lost about 7kgs but also can see myself gradually shaping up. I have tried gyms before but never enjoyed it but this time I am actually enjoying the weight training. My PT Sally has guided me from day 1 and made sure to take me through even the smallest details to get healthy. She makes sure the technique is learnt well and gives that extra push during the workouts. The weekend group sessions are also amazing. Talking about the cost, I seriously feel it is worth every penny and finally, I feel it is an investment into getting healthier. Will surely recommend. Don’t think, just join UP if you are motivated to get into shape!!! Kudos to the entire team UP!!

Fantastic experience: After gaining a lot of weight and losing my confidence completely I knew I needed more support than a regular gym could provide. UP Cheshire offer exactly that and more. I was VERY nervous joining, but my PT Graham put me at ease right from our first meeting - from taking the time to professionally discuss my goals etc, to us having a good chitchat and a laugh. In the gym I feel very comfortable as the atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming. I admit this initially took me by surprise, I wasn’t sure how such an elite gym would react towards an overweight me! Well, I can honestly say that ALL of the PT’s are lovely and I have not once felt insecure or embarrassed. The gym has a great vibe and I feel confident enough to push myself during sessions, guided all the way by Graham. I have had PT’s in the past and trained with other coaches at 'regular' gyms, but Graham at UP is the most knowledgable and competent I have encountered, by far. 100% recommend. Outside of the gym is where I really get to see how much he cares about his clients - he checks in regularly to see how I’m doing and encourages me to keep on track, and believe me when I say this is not an easy task for him haha! He isn’t just helping me to lose weight and get fitter, I feel happier mentally too. If you are considering UP Cheshire don’t wait like I did, I thought about it for far too long. It is definitely the best decision I could have made for my health and wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: Heard about UP through a friend of mine. Like most people been wanting to lose weight and tried most things before. Heavily over weight decided enough is enough and joined in April 2021. It’s been hard to start but the support and help with my diet and lifestyle from my trainer Jack and the rest of the Cheshire team has been amazing. Yes it’s not cheap and you do have to pay up front but this is what makes you go as you have committed to changing your life. I have lost 18.3 kilo up to date and thanks to Jack am feel better but more importantly am healthy with a better resting heart rate. Am virtually training which suites my work life balance. Can’t recommend this enough thank you Jack

Fantastic experience: I followed UP since the first transformation with Joe Warner (many years ago) and dreamed about being able to go and train with industry experts who have a proven track record of delivering unbelievable results, unfortunately until very recently i couldn't access a gym near me, then UP Cheshire opened, and i decided it was now or never. I am mid 30's and if i was going to get that body i had always wanted it had to be now, there were no more blockers (excuses) so in January i signed up for 12 weeks. I wish i had done this years ago! Everything about UP is pure professionalism, they create an environment where the success you see on their social media platforms are possible to achieve. I am coming to the end of my transformation and my body fat is down by 9% and i have lost 10 kg, this is awesome in itself and i feel great for it, but it is more than this, i read the reviews here and have seen the PR videos where people talk about how it is a life changing process, and probably much like you thought "yeah ok that's a bit OTT but it'd be nice to lose some weight and look good". However, i am now another convert to the belief that working with my trainer Dan at UP has changed my life, i have quit smoking, my relationship with food has completely changed, i used to emotionally eat, eat because i was bored, tired, sad, hell i'd eat just because i enjoy food. Now i eat foods i really enjoy, but understand about portion control, nutrient timing and appreciate the foods i do have so much more. Every detail of your time with UP is accounted for, this is how they help people achieve the incredible results. Dan explained everything from macro breakdown, training and exercise rationale, to supplementation as well as providing encouragement, and a kick up the arse when needed, to general advice and guidance at all hours of the day and night. I could not have asked for a better trainer, but the attention to detail does not end with your trainer, the other trainers around the gym offer so much encouragement and support to help keep you motivated. The rest is on you, if you are consistent and compliant with the nutrition plan and give it your all in the gym you will see the results I would recommend UP to anyone, if you are still reading, sign up now! You wont regret it! Just in case you are unsure about my claims i have attached a photo with my trainer (Dan) and my achievement board when i broke through the 10 kg mark.
