Fantastic experience: Reception staff, Rachel is very polite and is always smiling and been friendly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jack Stewart another key member of staff at the Fenton site is always friendly and helpful. Giving tips to all members and always says hi to the gym members even the miserable ones . He makes the gym friendly environment, another ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Denie Roulton is missed at the gym ❤. If she was still around another ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Big Chris is also always friendly and speaks to my little nephew with so much respect, he all ways makes an effort with him. Small little things make the difference. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Weak link at the Stoke gym is the manager he needs to work on his social skills. Honestly, you can see his fake smile and forced conversations a mile away. A kind 1 ⭐. But overall all the staff work hard at the gym and keep the gym clean, tidy and friendly. Great place to train, friendly environment and the staff are easy to approach.

Fantastic experience: Immaculate, sanitizing stations everywhere, scanning an ap on entry is quick and easy, the lovely cleaning lady never stops when I'm there. So much equipment to choose from and love the ladies only section too. Well done for setting out the areas so well

Fantastic experience: I really wanted to improve my fitness level, since I finished work a couple of years ago to look after my disabled daughter, exercising had been a thing of the past. I was very apprehensive at going at first but, there was no need as everyone is helpful and non-judgemental. The gym attracts people of all ages and fitness levels.

Fantastic experience: Always pretty quiet, equipment is well maintained and staff are friendly. Good facilities to practice martial arts (variety of punch/kick bags, cage and boxing ring) obviously no pool, sauna etc but you wouldn't expect it for the low price.

Fantastic experience: I was always a bit scared of going to the gym but the staff at this one are always so friendly and helpful - I now actually really enjoy it! There's loads of equipment in great condition, large, clean changing rooms and free parking which is a massive plus.

Fantastic experience: I been to many different gyms in the local area and this one is by far the best, Only cons is the clips on the multi gyms get moved about and hard to find at times. And the morning classes are mainly indoor cycling. Which now start at 7.. even though the gym opens at 6.. U have to go gym 6-7 due to family and work commitments. So can't do any classes..

Fantastic experience: When you first walk into the fenton gym you are welcomed by the really nice, friendly and helpful staff. The gym is always clean and i enjoy attending as often as i can. Even when it's busy i can still get onto some machines. The other members are nice also. Its a nice, relaxed and friendly atmosphere to be in. The staff are lovely.

Fantastic experience: As a larger lady & body concious when it comes to the gym, I find that the staff are very approachable and helpful. Also everyone who attends xercise 4 less Fenton staff and customers alike are lovely, supportive and friendly. It most definitely lives up to "The Peoples Gym" tag. I love it. The classes are fab too clubbercise zumba. Just a shame there isn't an instructor for Zumba at present. I would and have recommended people to join.

Fantastic experience: Extensive range of exercise equipment at a very reasonsble price. Reception staff are always very friendly and ideally located for me next to work. Only negatives are the water leaks and temperature of gym which is quite cold.

Fantastic experience: I've only being coming to the gym for a short time but have found it really comfortable there is plenty of equipment and what I like is you don't have to wait for any of the machines obviously I've not met all the staff but the ones I have they have been really friendly and helpful

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've used, on par with University gym at 1/2 the price! Plenty of dumbells and 2x many machines/weights. Has boxing ring and MMA cage which is rare and great to use, and 4x punching bags. If possible, having 1 Eleiko powerbar (stiff) would be great for benching/deadlifting with (but expensive) - same as 1 competition bench... Free foam rollers to use would be good too.

Fantastic experience: The way that it is really really cheap and great value for money is what attracted me and also has more facilities than other gym's such as the boxing section

Fantastic experience: Plenty of great modern equipment to choose from to enable you to do whatever workout you want. Friendly staff and long opening hours to suit everyone. The innovative free 'rewards points' system is also good as it encourages you to go regularly to build up points to exchange for a variety of gym-related products! What's not to like about the gym ?!
