Fantastic experience: Having finally taken the plunge after years of my wife telling how amazing Sweat-It I can honestly say she was spot on. The small group PT really works for me as you train in a friendly environment that encourages you to want to push yourself hard. This coupled with expert knowledge and attention to detail from the trainers has improved how I perform each exercise, ensuring I leave knowing I've left nothing in reserve. At 44 and having trained for many years I felt I knew a lot, but it turns out you can teach and old dog new tricks. For anyone looking to improve their health and fitness whatever your level I can highly recommend Sweat-It.

Fantastic experience: I did a month trial & I struggled to start with as I have a bad hip which is painful ,but the trainers really helped me &are still helping me work out what I can & can’t do . I can really feel the difference in my weight & body shape since joining.definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve done the 30-day trial and I absolutely loved it! Small group sessions where you are truly monitored, your posture is corrected when needed and all exercises’s movements are taught to prevent any injuries. Day by day they challenge you to go a bit further on your physical limits which empowered me very much. The whole team is so lovely and members are diverse in age and gender which made me feel included. If you live close to Crowborough, that is the place. I live too far unfortunately.

Fantastic experience: A very professional and excellent experience. Having never used a gym before I was apprehensive about joining. However, I was made to feel extremely welcome and all PT sessions were tailored to my ability. Each PT session is different which is what I like. You’re never doing the same sequence twice. I highly recommend Sweat-It Training and the team!

Fantastic experience: I've always gone to main stream gyms, but this is by far the best gym I have been to. Getting my best results with the help of the coaches. Everyone is so friendly, and it's always good fun.

Fantastic experience: Sweat-It is a gym that goes above and beyond for its members. The trainers are all super friendly and highly motivational and the programming is fantastic and is suitable for all levels whether a complete beginner or an experienced weight lifter! Having been at a few gyms in the past and always moved on through boredom, I have been at sweat it for a few years now and still love it!

Fantastic experience: A gym like no other I have ever known. Professional PT led small group training that means you have personal attention at all times and properly designed programmes that really work to achieve your agreed objectives. Regular check ins monitor progress and your assigned coach is always available to discuss training, nutrition and any other aspect of your development. Throughout the pandemic the team have been exceptional with a full live online programme of sessions, pre recorded material you can access at any time and regular contact to ensure everyone’s well-being. The Sweat It community aspect is also hugely important as members get to know and support each other with the opportunity to take part in games mornings and live Facebook sessions with the coaches. 3 years in I can’t believe how much I enjoy working hard in every session and always feel I’ve achieved.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to sweat it for about 10 months, in and out of lockdowns, it’s the first gym I have actually stuck at consistently and actually look forward to attending, and now can definitely see results that I have never before. Plus sweat it is more than a gym, it’s a wicked support system. Tom and the team have been there to support me through the ups and downs of working out at home, in the gym and outside due to COVID restrictions. And even with all the challenges I have still been given the best coaching and training plan possible tailored to the equipment available to me at the time.

Fantastic experience: This will be my 3rd year being a member of Team Sweat-it. The only gym I've stuck with and consistantly gone to a minimum of 3 times a week. This is down to the special care attention of the trainers and the inclusive atmosphere they promote. I love the professionalism and the friendly nature of Tom, Matt, Abbi and Tyler and they offer a bespoke environment alongside keeping you part of the team. All my fellow gym goers are super friendly and encouraging too. It really is a great place for all round health, physically and psychologically. Wouldn't be without Sweat-It!!

Fantastic experience: I joined nearly a year ago & it’s easily been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I was anxious when I’d first started as I’d not done any real exercise in over a year but I quickly discovered I was in good hands. Tom & Matt are very knowledgable & are always there to offer their support. Not only has Sweat-it given me more confidence overall but it’s also introduced me to a lovely bunch of like minded members. I can’t recommend enough - give it a go!

Fantastic experience: For a novice (like me) to the more experienced, Tom makes this a great and fun environment to train in. In the space of a few months, I’ve seen massive improvements. His relaxed approach makes it easy to achieve your goals. Tom is a top guy and all the others make the group sessions really good fun to be a part of. Couldn’t recommend it enough

Fantastic experience: Fantastic new gym in the Crowborough/TW area offering very effective circuit training, strength and PT services. The training sessions are complemented by individualized performance tracking and data analytics which allows you to track your progress. The sessions are tough but deliver improved conditioning, fitness and strength. The vibe is super motivating, encouraging, fun and friendly. I love my sessions and I can see the results. Fantastic experience: I have only been a client since August but I absolutely love the circuit training which has lots of different stations every week. Tom is a great motivator and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get fit within a great, friendly environment.

Fantastic experience: Sweat-it’s new home is amazing! The new strength classes are challenging and it’s great to make progress whilst under the close supervision of Tom. Circuits are a beastly as ever (but in a good way) and suitable for all levels. Combine all this with some great training partners and working out has never been so much fun!!

Fantastic experience: The gym was never something that interested me and after having my baby I felt like I would never get my shape back. Doing the sweat-it Sessions and twice a week personal training with Tom I ended up losing 46.5cm total body. My goal was to feel good in my wedding dress and I really did. The sessions are fun with the group and everyone is so supportive. The personal one to one sessions keep you monitored and motivated through exercise, diet and mind set. I would recommend Sweat-it to anyone. You don't have to be a gym bunny but within a few sessions you'll be addicted to the results. Thank you for helping me on my journey team sweat-it.

Fantastic experience: The Sweat-It sessions have changed my lifestyle around. As a Type 2 Diabetic, l had to find something that could improve my fitness & reduce my weight. What l didn't expect was the added element of FUN, which is found within the HIIT sessions. Fitness & hard work, yes, but there is also a great deal given to having fun and encouraging others throughout the session. There's even some good banter during the warm down, if you have any energy left. A mixed group, so the sessions cater for all. Don't worry about whether you'll fit in....you will, trust me. All ages, all shapes & sizes. It's an addiction! Paul Higginson
