Fantastic experience: Joined Darren's Mens group training sessions about 6 weeks ago, to get back into shape. Never been one for really going to the gym or lifting weights, but the way Darren runs the sessions makes them enjoyable, and he really helps you improve your technique and strength. The results have been great, helping me to lose around half a stone, 4% body fat and 2 inches from the waistline already!

Fantastic experience: I joined up with Darren about 18 months ago following a recommendation from my son who is also a client. I have muscular dystrophy which leaves me with a weakened muscular system, especially on the left side. I was looking for help to improve my stability, mobility and flexibility. Darren has been supportive and encouraging from day one. He has been patient, flexible and innovative in developing an improvement plan to meet my requirements. We started gradually and have steadily been able to make significant improvements. I have monthly F2F sessions which are supplemented by regular on line contact to ensure my progress and motivation remain on track. All of the sessions are engaging, fun and provide new challenges. My progress has been great and far beyond my expectations. We are achieving my goals and surprising everyone. The training has become part of my lifestyle. Also Darren has also been instrumental in me taking a deep look at my diet and general health. With the exercise and diet I have managed to lose more than 12kg.

Fantastic experience: Joined Faster Fitness just over a month ago. As I only have the time to spare for one evening a week I’ve received support and encouragement on line to be able to train at home also. As well as nutrition guidelines to follow and other tips and advice to help during the time between each session. I’m already seeing visibile results and I’m more than satisfied. Cheers Darren

Fantastic experience: Training with Darren is great! From injury rehabilitation to strength and conditioning to nutrition advice to functional movement. I started working with Darren following a long term knee injury and in a matter of weeks I was moving better, pain free and exercising how I wanted to again. After I stated kettlebell training which I really enjoyed as every session is different and fun but you know you've worked hard to your limit. I eventually started a strength and conditioning programme with nutritional advice and saw fantastic results of improved fitness, fat loss while also gaining muscle mass. It has really changed my outlook on training and the holistic approach in a positive way and really improved my life.

Fantastic experience: I love Darren’s innovative way of training, there’s always something new in his sessions so it’s impossible to get bored or complacent. He really knows his stuff too so you know you’re in safe hands when it comes to rehab or trying new techniques. Darren is so motivational and truly committed to your goals - he is one of a kind with his professionalism, knowledge of strength & conditioning, rehab and nutrition....you should deffinitely try him out!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Darren for over 18 months. I went simply to deal with aches in some of my joints - he got rid of those within a matter of weeks. Since that point, I’ve got stronger and fitter. My body shape has changed considerably and with his help and support, I know I’ll achieve my goals over the next twelve months. Darren is a friendly and approachable trainer, making sessions enjoyable but be prepared to work hard! You always come away knowing he’s got the best out of you. One of the added advantages of training with him, that’s not found with many PTs, is his knowledge of injuries and rehabilitation - he’s always able to diagnose the problem and come up with functional ways to fix an injury as well as adapting your workout to avoid making things worse. You always feel like you’re progressing. Over many years of enjoying exercise, he’s the best PT I’ve ever had. Thanks, Craig.

Fantastic experience: Darren is a knowledgeable, approachable guy who, simply put, is more than just a PT. His background in functional movement and rehabilitation makes his approach feel fresh and forward-thinking. He has helped rebuild and bullet-proof my ankles from football injuries and I've had tangible results aesthetically from personal training with him in relatively short, engaging sessions. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Before I started going to see Darren I was one of those people who couldn't get motivated and didn't know where to start with nutrition. Darren totally changed this for me and provided the motivation, great nutritional advice and a varied fitness regime that was just what I needed. I managed to drop my body fat % whilst improving my strength and fitness without any real impact on may daily life. I would highly recommend Darren for anyone looking to improve their all round fitness.
