The Club is the Health and Fitness club in Portsmouth at Langstone Quays Resort. The Club is exclusively for use by members, their guests and hotel residents. Our aim is to provide first class facilities and service for your enjoyment.
At The Club, you are welcome to enjoy the use of all its facilities with every stay! Our air-conditioned gymnasium is fully equipped with state of the art gym equipment, suitable for all abilities.
Residents of Langstone Quays Resort are entitled to use The Club health and fitness facilities which includes a large indoor swimming pool, poolside loungers, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room plus our air-conditioned gymnasium is fully equiped with state of the art gym equipment and free weights area.
All of our instructors are fully qualified and whilst you enjoy your fitness programme, created to suit your needs, sometimes we all need that little extra help! If you start to feel demotivated or simply need someone by your side to encourage you, then having a personal trainer may be what you need.

Fantastic experience: Decent size pool for casual swim and relaxation. Sauna,.steam room and jacuzzi make it great value for money, especially if you take advantage of multi-pass. Changing rooms, lockers and showers always very well maintained. Also has decent Parking relatively limited directly outside but usually some spots available. Only real gripe is location to entry spur road right at end of the bridge with associated impact from traffic but it's a relatively minor inconvenience
