Independent and exclusive! Focused on changing lifestyles and hitting targets. The team decided early on to limit the peak time memberships available at anytime to 200. Thus avoiding the problems caused by overcrowding and allowing each member to be personally looked after by us. This will will include a training plan based on your goals, while at all times being under the guidance and supervision of our experienced crew. Why us?
With so much competition around why Rebel gym? An excellent question; Our team here has a combined experience of 45 years, covering every level of gym life and we have built this centre from the ground up using 3 principles;
Every aspect of the gym floor has been strategically laid out for maximum efficiency. Each machine and station is crucial to being able to offer balanced training programmes and if any piece of equipment does become under used it will be quickly replaced with another that has a broader appeal to members.
Almost all Rebel gym equipment has been custom made to exactly our needs and specifications. This flexibility allowed us to acquire some very specific training tools including a Plate Loaded Glute Blaster.
Rebel gym is community driven but that does not mean we intend to pack the floor like penguins in a blizzard. By limiting the peak time memberships available to 200, we are ensuring overcrowding does not ruin the positive atmosphere desperately missing from other gyms.

All members receive a training plan made by our master trainers to help you reach your goals. You will also recieve a collection of conditioning and core workouts to follow to give yourself a challenge. We are here to help you through your plans so you don't get lost.
Rebel gym is about community and our staff are always on site to help you. We help each other out, we push each other, we help you through your plans.

Positive experience: Awesome place and has pretty much everything you need and more if you're you're weight lifter. There are some really cool state of the art equipment too that you can't see in normal gyms. The changing rooms are awesome too. The only thing is they don't have any cardio machines including rowing machine or stair master. So if you want to do cardio as well then you better hope it's a sunny day outside

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism Awesome. Just awesome. As gyms go this place is superb. A true gym, with a great atmosphere and importantly no egos. The trainers are on hand to help and the equipment mixes the traditional with the custom made. I loved the session, though may feel a bit sore tomorrow.
