We offer a variety of Yoga styles at Falmouth Yoga Space, suitable for all levels with something for everyone, regardless of your past yoga experience.
Our Virtual Studio contains all of Falmouth Yoga Space’s recent yoga zoom session recordings, teacher training videos and even a couple of free videos for you to try online yoga out.

Fantastic experience: Great place and better instructors.
Fantastic experience: The instructors here are excellent teachers. Providing a high level of tuition for many levels of yoga student. The teachers are kind, thoughtful, helpful and good communicators, and always happy to give that little bit extra which really makes a huge difference when you are learning. The website is clean and accessible, and they always get back to you when you email. I would absolutely recommend the Yoga Space Falmouth to anyone interested in yoga, and I think they also offer teacher tuition for those who want to go further in their practice.
