Fantastic experience: We’re so lucky to have Studio 24 on our doorstep; they offer everything from Pilates, Yoga, Salsa, Nordic Walking, Mindfulness, Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Osteopathy, Speech Therapy & I hear there’s lots more coming this year too. If you’re looking for a local studio with a true community spirit, I can’t recommend Jen and her dedicated and passionate team of instructors/practitioners enough!

Fantastic experience: After 3 months of regular Pilates, I am feeling so much better..mainly because Jenny has made sure that all the moves we do are correct....Result! I have a core! Thank you so much...the class is fun and inventive..sometimes hard. Just a truly professional teacher. Tailor made for individual benefit!
