Fantastic experience: Lovely friendly gym run by Theo and Beth. I see Beth twice a week for a small PT group training session which is always fun.

Fantastic experience: By far best gym in the area. Friendly owners, community and environment. Wide range of high quality equipment. Great for anyone and anything, from general health and fitness to powerlifting or bodybuilding. 24/7 access is priceless. Highly recommended, wipes the floor with any commercial gym. (oh and much cheaper than therapy)

Fantastic experience: Really nice gym! Small and friendly with plenty of equipment. 24 hour access means it’s hardly ever busy - feels like you’re in a home gym early in the morning! Beth is super friendly and approachable!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, good selection of equipment and all well maintained, also cleaned regularly. The staff and members of this gym are all very friendly. Unlike PureGym and UoB gyms that I was at before it never gets too busy and I've never had to wait to get on equipment. Only possible improvement would be an option to bring guests occasionally.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Iron Lion for 3 years and have had nothing but a positive experience, the owners are friendly, welcoming and attentive. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the gym and always make sure to get the customers opinions and preferences. The general vibe of the gym is perfect for anyone looking to just start out, everyone is friendly, nobody is starey and there’s not the constant “oooooo” “ughhhh” you’d get from many other gyms, which just makes people feel uncomfortable. The 24 hour access is also a huge benefit. Would recommend this gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I was rubbish at sticking to a gym membership until I discovered the amazing Iron Lion gym. Not only is it a fab space with great equipment and music to motivate you through your session, but Theo and Beth are so lovely and motivating to those who might not necessarily be used to working out in a gym. On top of all that, it's a very reasonably priced membership with no scary contract term. I can't recommend Iron Lion enough!

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend this gym and it’s owners enough! I started with terrible anxiety about going to the gym, after talking to Beth I finally came in and she’s been incredibly supportive. I’m now going in 3-4 time a week on my own as well as a pt a week I never thought I’d be able to go in alone, everyone’s so friendly! It’s super clean and has everything you need!

Fantastic experience: This Gym is fantastic. It is very friendly and welcoming and the owners Beth and Theo are too. They are there if you ever need a hand or need advice. It is a great place to do your work outs.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, all the equipment you could possibly need to complete a workout. The staff are great and very friendly. The only downside is that I was only here for a few days and this gym isn't near home..
