Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service from start to finish. I ordered a 45 degree leg press and my customer service advisor was James Bodman. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and always responded quickly. I was very happy with his service. The leg press itself is outstanding. The build quality and craftsmanship is as good as it gets. The sled glides on the guide rods so smoothly which I believe is down to the bearings Watson use. All in all, a fantastic experience and would 100% recommend buying from them. Yes they are quite expensive but as with all things in life… you pay for what you get!!

Located in Perth Australia, it was a little daunting purchasing online when making such an investment. Our sales consultant Eben soon put our minds at ease making the process as smooth as possible with his excellent communication and customer support, particularly when we were faced with consecutive delays in the manufacturing and shipping process due to COVID. The kit arrived fulfilling our expectations and more. Everything came packaged and presented with the utmost care arriving in pristine condition with no issues. AJ aka Anthony Wallace in after sales is truly where Watson has made me a customer for life. The after sales care is 10/10 and I truly appreciate this high standard of customer service. Issue raised and resolved within a week with prompt replies and how to videos, videos did not resolve the issue resolved in the end by a technician call out which AJ arranged and kept me informed through out.

Fantastic experience: Multi Hip Machine with extra 18.5kg (94.5kg total) - I've killed my glutes, the best part is the workout of the abductors and adductors giving you a good assistance in stretching them . I chose Watson Gym Equipment for their reputation, their high quality standards and the great design of their equipment, and I am completely satisfied. I am really impressed by the amazing quality of the equipment, which is beyond my expectations. It is sturdy (it will last one – if not several – lifetime) and well made, pulley systems are really smooth, the finish is flawless (both for paint coating and leather stitching) and looks really nice. Fantastic experience: I really can’t recommend Watson enough. I’ve used gym equipment since the 70’s and was previously a gym owner and can honestly say this is the best equipment I’ve ever come across. Built to last, looks great but most importantly feels right. I’ve brought several stations, power rack, benches and a 15 pairs set of dumbbells with custom rack for my home gym project and from the first phone call to the delivery it was a pleasure dealing with them. The salesman, Eben, helped enormously with his knowledge of the equipment, sending options on variations available and some items were bespoke as I wanted to make the most of the floor space. Fantastic experience: Ive had a fantastic experience with Watson. Their equipment is excellent quality and lifetime warranty. Bought a Power rack deal and flat bench which is all customised. A deadlift platform customised and Customised J hooks for my Power rack. I had the pleasure of dealing with Matt Le Core who answered all my questions and even made me a custom deadlift platform which they don't normally make and they were happy to do it. I would definetally be buying from them again and would recommend them to anyone wanting customised equipment which will last a lifetime.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I ordered an adjustable pulley with leg brace attachment and thick grip handles. They arrived perfectly packaged with excellent instructions to assemble. The quality of the equipment is unbelievable. You pay a premium for Watson but it's worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: I bought my first piece of watson gym equipment just over a month ago. I was referred to them from a friend of mine. Immediately I was impressed with the customer service. The response time to queries is very fast. Lucas wanted to know what size my gym was and what equipment I had so he could recommend the right equipment to meet my needs. When the order landed exactly on time I was very impressed with the build quality and simplicity of it. I would recommend to anyone the clear coat finish as it really gives it a unique look and shows off the welding of the equipment. Also I requested a green crossbeam on my cable crossover a week after I ordered it and it was no problem at all. It won't be the last piece of watson equipment I buy. Well worth it.

I never looked back once I contacted Watson Gym Equipment. Lucas Owens was most helpful, totally customer focussed, assisting me in choosing the adjustable stack weights standalone pulley, then processing my order. What an amazing robust heavy piece of kit. Fantastic experience: Have just purchased the Watson Power Gym with 4-way smith, accessories, eco dumbbell set and pro weight plate for my home gym. Machine, accessories, plates...simply exceed all expectations. Looked solid and well built online but in the flesh is on a whole new level. It's built to last a lifetime. Cable pulleys silky smooth yet robust with more than enough length in operation. Four-way smith is amazing quality with a buttery smooth operation. The half-rack & pulley attachments are built like tanks. Shout out to Lucas who delivered exceptional customer service. He responded 7 days a week and kept me well-informed during the build phase. He also let me make several changes along the way to ensure I had the right set up. Also, massive thank you to Rebecca for arranging delivery and set up. After sales was top notch and Rebecca even sent videos on how to get the gym off a tail lift! Gym was super easy to set up - 1 hr and no need for instructions. Did take 7 guys to help move it in to place though! Highly recommend Watson, the team and the Power Gym - if you can stretch the budget you won't regret it! British engineering at its best!
